Good prices, and they reserve practically the whole day for you - right up until you need to leave for your wedding! They have a downstairs area that's reserved for the bride & her attendants, and for a little extra cash you can have finger foods while you're getting ready. The help is great, although sometimes it seems like they're just humoring you rather than really caring...nevertheless, I shopped around for a whole day and I really thought this was the best salon in the Glens Falls area.

We went through Liberty Travel to set up arrangements for our honeymoon to Hawaii. They were very helpful and it was so nice not to worry about practically anything. You can create a registry through them for everyone to donate money to your honeymoon trip. This was helpful for us, because we have everything we need since we're already living together. There were mixed reactions in the family, though - some people didn't find it very personal; you may want to do a regular registry, as well. They also tell you about different activities you can do and they will sign you up for them and add it to the tab; you don't have to worry about a thing. I'm so happy we went with Liberty Travel.

So far they have been great. A little slow getting back to us on emails, but very nice and professional nevertheless. The form they have you fill out that asks for specific times and songs helps to formulate what you want at your reception. They also have you do a song list where you write any songs that you have to have or absolutely do not want. This makes for an assuredly good time at the reception.

They were very patient with us when we changed our mind two or three times about what colors and styles we wanted for the guys, which was a plus. They have a fairly good selection and decent prices, although it would have been nice to get some sort of deal for four tuxedos...I believe you only get a deal for six or more? Depending on who was working when we went in, sometimes we got weird service - they were either slow or unhelpful. Sometimes the help was good, though.

So far it's been great working with her. She's very friendly and professional. After we hired her we were warned that someone had a bad experience with her, particularly that she showed up late. I cannot attest to that yet, but so far she's been great and I can't imagine her ever being unprofessional.

This jewelery place in Clifton Park was great. They are so helpful, even to people who have limited finances. They spend a lot of time finding the perfect rings for you without getting annoyed with a low budget or moving on to other customers. They always have cookies, mints, coffee or other goodies that you can help yourself with. They really cater to you; it was a great experience.

Price Chopper has pretty good prices and a nice book of flower selections. The staff was a little rude at first before they knew I was there to plan for an event.

Ceremony:
This was my grandmother's church. It is beautiful and they are friendly. They also have a large parish hall across the street with a kitchen if you want to host the rehearsal dinner.

Reception:
The parish hall across the street from the church has a large kitchen with a wide open dining area, or you can make the lounge into a small dining area as well for a smaller group. It's a small fee, and much less expensive than other places/restaurants. They have been excellent to work with. You can make the dinner there or order food yourself.

So far the experience working with them has been great. Especially Kevin, who has offered to help in any way possible, researching and contacting other vendors for me, he is knowledgeable and understanding. They are slightly overpriced but it is well worth it.
