I agree that this is the most unprofessional person in this business.

On September 22, 2008 I made an order and paid. The same day my credit card was charged. The same day I received invoice from her, thus she confirmed this way that my order was received.

On her web-site she claims that "most of the time orders ship within 8-12 days. If we have the item here on hand, we will ship it sooner". I waited 1 month (!!!) before I tried to contact her via e-mail, then by phone wohdering what is going on with my order. She replied that she will send it in a week.

One week passed - no info from her. I wrote the message asking once more where is my order and if she is not able to ship it asap then I want to cancel my order as I don't like the way she is doing her business and treating her customers.

What I received in response! It looked like it was my bad luck that she is not able to ship my order within mentioned 8-12 days!!! No apologies, the tone is agressive and arrogant! Unbelievable!

I recommend to all brides and other women, never buy anything from her! This woman doesn't understand in what delicate kind of business she is trying to work in. Many of us are planning to have beautiful wedding once in a lifetime, so don't let her spoil your wedding!!!

I immediately cancelled my order and found another tiara and necklace set. Now I'm looking forward to try it on me and be a princess!!!
