we used Wepco for a unique laminating project for our wedding and was so happy they could quickly accommidate our needs
they were very friendly and had a short turn-around time in completing our project
they also had tons of invitation books to look out and even let you take the books home for a few nights to view privately
i would recommend them for any wedding project needs!

when we went to pick up our item, it was ready, but we had this young teeny-bopper helping us. we got our item without any problems, but the young girl who seemed to not know much about what was going on was not a good representative of their business. on one side of their store they have lots of tables and linens set up so a bride/party planner can get ideas, which is nice to see their stock out and visable. but, the other side of their store is not impressive to say the least.

Tom and his crew were easy to work with, they were willing to have flowers in stock for us to see if we liked the type and color
they did an amazing job and prefered having picture samples to know exactly what we wanted/liked
very reasonably prices and easily-delivered...no hassles!

we were lucky to be able to purchase our favorite wine and "bring it in" to our reception site. this saved us a HUGE amount of money because we paid the wholesale price and not the jacked-up price our reception site would have charged us.
Calico Cottage was very generous in helping us not only get our favorite wine but also in their customer service and gracious wishes
we recommend this red sweet wine: Rock River Red...it's wonderful!

we rented tuxes from here, mostly because it's THE ONLY place in Watertown to do so. the salesladies were not overly helpful, as the store is maily a bridal shop, but i would say a BIG portion of their profits come from tux rentals.
that being said, the way they recorded the tux information was less than accurate, as they hand-wrote sizes and tux style and color item numbers...so, that freaked me out as there was LOTS of room for error!!! and we experienced some mis-sized items and that is a HUGE stressor on your big day! we had some unorthodox colors and patterns, so that made me worry even more as i just "knew" something was going to get mixed up.
we also had 4 pairs of shoes fall apart throughout the day (not cool).
i wouldn't recommend this place for tux rentals as they didn't seem that interested in making sure it went smoothly for all involved. it's a shame, Sandra D's (and Watertown) really could use the competition to make the customer experience better!!

my mom and i had just started looking for my dress and we thought we'd "give it a shot" at Beratti. when we walked in the first question we were asked was "what's your budget?" we told them and they gave us the impression their dresses were OVER that budget, but we stayed and looked anyways. we headed towards the clearance rack and found THE dress!!!! it was (barely) less than $500, but very beautiful and clean/not damaged.
the experience with the salesladies was good, not overly grand, but it's all about the dress eh?!!!
it's a smaller store, so they don't have as many dresses in various sizes to try on a whole bunch, but they have a nice variety of labels and styles and are willing to work with you, i'd presume. (remember...i bought mine off the rack!)
TOTALLY AWESOME!
TOTALLY WORTH THE BIG-BUCKS!!!
GUESTS WILL BE AMAZED @ YOUR CREATIVE IDEA FOR YOUR RECEPTION AND TOTALLY ENJOY THEMSELVES!!!!
forgo the pricey "favors" and get this photobooth for your wedding!! it is pricey, but totally worth it!!!!!!!!!!!
our guests and us had a blast with this and now we have a wonderful scrapbook/guest book that we will actually use for the rest of our lives. *plus, the photobooth pictures make great Christmas gifts blown-up and copied for others!!!

we only rented a round silver cake stand, which was very nice and looked great. it was about $15-20, and it was the only place in the area that had that type of stand, so that was great.
they were very easy to work with and had a good variety of stock, but their "showroom" was not displayed very well at all. i bet i would have rented some other things if i had seen them set up or displayed for their uses, much of the stock was just packed in boxes and/or not available to conveniently see.

Dave Watkins Photography (now called Narella Studio, Lake Mills) was the greatest to work with. Dave and his wife Val were so laid back and easy to work with regarding questions and contract info, it was a breeze...AND the pictures were UNBELIEVABLE!! FANTASTIC!!! very creative-photojournalistic style with lots of personality and very little of the "traditional" poses, unless you asked for that, but then, if you liked the traditional 80s/90s poses...you wouldn't choose Dave for his make-your-wedding YOUR-wedding creative vision!

Olympia is very nice and conveniently located. It is awesome too that is a resort/hotel so guests can stay there if they choose. the wedding coordinator was really easy to work with and there were no "hidden fees" or any type of foul business, everything was prepared and spelled out in contracts and in meetings.
one thing that could be improved is the decor. it is still stuck in the 80's and fixtures/lighting/furniture were often outdated or just plain odd. but, that was overlooked by all the other positives.
the food we had at our reception was amazing, we've heard nothing but great comments about it!
