I ordered my dress and the flower girls dress from Pearl's Place back in November. I took a long time deciding to use them or Netbride since they both price match, but I ended up with them because I liked the idea of speaking with a live person to make sure my order was correct. While their prices are great (my dress was $800 cheaper than the local store) they have zero customer service skills. When I ordered the dress I asked for buttons instead of a zipper and paid an extra $100 for that and $125 for extra length but when my dress came in it still had the zipper but with fake buttons over the zipper and did not have the extra length. I called to discuss the issue and the lady was really rude to me saying I didn't ask for loops and that was extra. She told me it wasn't a big deal to just have a seamstress add loops. When I told her I couldn't do that since the buttons were put on the wrong side, the seamstress would have to remove the buttons put them on the other side and then add loops, her reply was well next time I guess you will order correctly. There is nothing that can be done about the length. Needless to say I am not happy and I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
