Here are some of my ideas to creating the best wedding ever! well in my opinion :)
I bought this dress after searching for about 2months. I really didn't think I was going to find the one but the minute i had this one on it felt right!
Madison - Style 3801
The Hair inspiration
I would love to wear my hair down and curly but my hair doesn't hold a curl and knowing me i'd be touching it and playing with it all night so it's best up. I'm thinking of a low side updo.. with a flower
I plan to have somekind of flower and a little bolero jacket that i'm having made out of the shawl that came with my dress
I bought this bracelet from etsy.. It's better in person!
She was great to deal with!
I"m still working on earrings, most likely studs
My fiance and I are the same height so i'm going to be wearing flats!
I found these at Aldo and think they are just perfect.
I'm not sure where I got this picture if it's yours please let me know and i will tag it to you
similar to this but only white roses (for me)
for the bm
Fell in love with the audrey Hepburn style dress from Dessy
These are the shoes we are going with. Bought them at the shoe company XOXO
The flower girl will be wearing this dress with a black sash
the boys will be wearing a black tux with a white shirt and black vest. The gm will be wearing a black on black stripe tie and my lovely FI will be wearing his favorite football (soccer) team's tie (lucky for him it's in our colors)
for the boys
for the groom
I've also bought these on Etsy to incorporate the red I'm thinking of having it for the rb boutonniere
I'm going to make this for the RB
I didn't want to spend the money on the invites but at the same time I didn't want them to be cheesy. So i took the time to find examples and came up with this one. We bought plain white folded cards with envelopes, sliced the cards in half put a black cardstock on the back and add some diamonds. The extra piece from the folded cards i used to make maps and accomodations cards
I think the came out great and for $77 i got labels, invites, inserts, rsvp
What a deal
My FI and I love to eat candy so what better way to celebrate our wedding reception with a massive candy buffet.. These will be our favors for the guest.
We bought some black paper bags and got these labels printed through vista print to stick on them.
So far the vases we have...need more!!!
candy that I will be buying
Little packs of Nerds/fun dip/sour keys/sour patch kids/licorice strings/m&m/sour skittles/wethers/mini chocolate bars/.........
Overall I want black tableclothes, silver chivalry chairs and tall centrepieces. We are going with a old hollywood glam theme so anything diamonds, pearls, black silver and GLAM is what i'm looking for.
This is going to be the back drop and head table
for our flowers
this is the inside of our venue
our guest tables will have black tablecloths, silver chivalri chairs, tall centrepieces with white feathers and black curly willow branches, we'll use the ikea frames for our table numbers (which i think I will spray paint silver) and i bought these FABULOUS diamond paperweights at the local dollar store there will be one per table
In the middle of the room there is this door (the room can be seperated into two rooms) it's very weird but I had to have the venue LOL
So this is what it looks like
this is what we will do for it. The decorator is going to make it look like you are entering this magical place.
Our venue is the original courthouse for the city there used to be a jail in the basement. So there is a staircase that they cover with a table and usually put the late night snack on it.
This is my ideas for when you first walk in and signing table
this is what the venue looks like
for the table on the stairs as a wow factor when you walk in
we will do something like this for the seating chart that will sit on a frame holder on the signing table
our guest book
