We are still deciding how and if we want to incorporate our little pup, who has been with us for three years. We bought him together and want to somehow have him in teh wedding. Depending on how he behaves (He is a jcak russel terrier) he may only be in a few photos, but I would LOVE for him to be able to walk down the aisle at the ceremony- I can dream....

I have worked in thee wedding planning industry for several years and wanted a spectacular location because I know first hand that is one of the most important elements of your wedding. A bad location, or a room that is not atheistically pleasing will ruin every other well thought out detail if it all doesn't flow together.

Our Location: Land's End in Sayville, New York. It is located right on the Great South Bay and has show stopping views! Our ceremony will take place outside in front of the gazebo overlooking the bay, cocktails will be on a covered dock along the side of the water, and the reception will be in the ballroom with glass windows all along the side with views of the Bay. Our wedding is an afternoon/early evening wedding.

Said YES to the Dress photo 1Said YES to the Dress photo 2

I went to so many different bridal stores before I found "THE" dress. I had a vision in my head about what I wanted and nothing I tried on ever seemed to match it. After going to several different stores in New York I decided to check out a store in Cincinnati, Ohio where I grew up so my mom could come with me. I was about to tell her I wanted to leave and go somewhere else after being exhausted from being put in these huge gowns. My mom and friend begged me to try on just one more...and cried when I walked out in it.

I felt so distinguised and almost prefect in the gown but still wanted to make it my own. I didn't want to feel like just ANY bride on my wedding. So I am chaning the neckline to a sweatheart, getting the waist/hip area of the dress fitted to be a little more like a mermaid style and not A line, and adding a flower = The Perfect Dress

I can't wait to get it all done and wear it!!

After five years Justin decided he was going to propose. It was the week before my birthday and Justin had a ring designed and found the one, and planned this elaborate set up in Atlantic City. The plan was we were going to Atlantic City with another couple, Justin had booked a gorgeous ocean view suite at the Borgata resort and they were going to go up to our suite before we got there and lay out candles, rose petals, champange and choc. covered strawberries for when we walked in.

Justin purchased the ring and ended up down on one kneeThe Proposal photo 1 that same night on our kitchen floor because he just couldn't wait. I told him I couldn't think of anything more perfect than being at home, just us, and our little Jack Russel.

We still went to Atlantic City to celebrate that weekend! The Proposal photo 2

FALLING IN and out of LOVE photo 1We were both living in different cities, Justin was going to college in Florida and I was finishing up my senior year of highschool we never really talked about being together at first, we were jsut close friends who had met on a vacation. We spent the entire year on AIM almost everynight and countless hours on the phone. After a year apart I decided to go to college in Conecticut, and Justin decided to transfer to the same school. Our phone conversations then quickly changed to how it would be different when we were finally in the same place. We even planned a weekend trip to Montreal, Canada together (my family and friends thought this was stupid and crazy because I had only seen him on the cruise)

We started dating that weekend.. We had a roller coaster of a relationship for five years. We broke up and got back together about 3 or 4 times, got a puppy together, moved in and out of 4 different apartments. People thought we were crazy, and we were, we were young, stupid and in love and still are. Through the years we really learned to appreciate one another. We ended up in an AWESOME apartment (although I can't wait for my house) on Long Island, where I finshed school.
