Congrats to another 2013 DIY bride.
I am also cooking/serving the food. I know what you mean about 3 ingredients or less lol
I am making lots of parts ahead of time and freezing them. Like the wonton wrappers, pie dough and the cookies.
Mark and I are taking 2 days off before hand, so that I can bake the other things that can sit in the fridge.
