I had an okay experience here. My consultant, Jessica, seemed helpful and picked out a few dresses for me to try on. When we returned from the showroom, after looking at a dress I had on, 3 of the dresses were gone. I ended up only trying on 2, none of which I was interested in to begin with. Jessica provided her contact number to discuss doing a custom dress, of which I later emailed her about. After a week passed and still no response, I emailed her again, and tried to schedule an appointment online. She immediately emailed me stating she would contact me in a few days. I never heard from her since. I called and emailed again have not received any response. I wasted about 3.5 weeks trying to get a hold of someone at Wedding Atelier and made no progress.
