I have never been married before, but I always have enjoyed playing with colors. I just started to learn to quilt and have found that I love the art of putting together different fabrics and colors. I also bake as therapy so I have decided to join the two things I love to do a bridal consulting business. In an effort to help future brides create a unique and beautiful experience on a budget I am offering everything from just helping with choosing colors to "day of" coordinator services. I also have purposely chosen quality papers that I will recycle into our scrap books, wedding albums and our future "change of address" cards which we plan to include a photo with for anyone who cannot attend our wedding.

We are focusing on area vendors, locally grown food and even our wines will be Michigan based. Both the wedding and reception will be at the same venue, our local Unitarian Universalist church to which I belong to. It is handicap accessible with an elevator, has a commercial kitchen and a beautiful memorial garden for picture taking. I have tried to find ways to make it as green as possible while maintaining an elegant atmosphere.

Outside of food vendors and a local Steel Drum band we plan to do most everything ourselves.
