I'm known as the "Cupcake Queen" amongst my friends and family - so it was imperative that cupcakes be served at my wedding! I was relieved to find out that the wedding cupcakes would be part of our package from our coordinator/caterer, Event Professionals, and that they source it from Cake Sensations. It made it a little easier for me trying to find an affordable bakery.

About 6 months before our wedding, we went to Cake Sensations to meet with Cindy - there was no appointment needed. Here's how the process works:

• View their album of decorated cakes and pick 3-4 designs.
• Cindy plans to create a sample cake with all those designs next to each other, and will include a bunch of little bites of cake flavors and frosting to go with your sample cake. You can pick it up at any time.

Also being a graphic designer, I emailed her a design and she beautifully produced it on our sample cake! It was not only exciting to see, but also delicious to taste! We brought her the cake topper the week of our wedding (if your wedding is on a Saturday, Thursday is the latest day you can bring it). While they do receive emails, I never got replies, so it's best to be on top of your planning and call to verify everything.

The cake set up at our reception was DARLING and Cindy put everything together so well, exactly as we wanted it! The chocolate cake on top was yummy, as well as the cupcakes for the guests. Overall, Cake Sensations is highly recommended for your cake needs!

Our wedding reception took place at the historical Castle Green. My husband and I have often passed by the former hotel admiring it's coolness and beauty. When I got engaged two years ago, I spent a good few days researching SoCal venues and Castle Green was among my top 3. I booked them asap because they were the most easy-going, reasonably priced, its location was great and they were able to fit the number of people I planned on inviting (200).

The rental fee includes 9.5 hours of property use for the vendors to set up and for your actual event. You get to use the entire first floor and outside lawn and they provide 20 round tables (seats 10 guests each) and 200 gold chiavari chairs. They provide you with a folder with all their information - from vendor recommendations, to preferred caterers (outside catering is $10/person), and all their policies.

I mostly worked with Shannon and she was very professional, friendly and helpful. I do have to note that if you email her and do not get a reply in a day or two, to follow up with a phone call.

Our cocktail hour and reception did not require a lot of decoration since the Castle itself is gorgeous and full of history. Our guests LOVED it and each room was adored! We had about 160 guests and they fit comfortably in the banquet hall for dinner and dancing. Our day was perfect and Castle Green added to the magic of it all :)

DJ Tim Coy ROCKS! Super affordable, responsive, friendly and FUN!

I have to say I definitely had nothing to worry about during my wedding reception. Tim was very professional - I've witnessed some DJs/MCs who tend to take over, and he didn't at all. His clear radio voice complimented all our fun events and he played everything we wanted! He joined in on the fun by bustin' a few moves himself.

Pacific Events Entertainment's website is pretty awesome too. There's a client database where you enter all your event's info, itinerary and song requests (from must-plays, to do-not-plays). Tim and his team were made for this business - definitely recommended for those who want a night of smooth-sailing fun! I can't seem to stop using the word "fun" :)

I had a two-year engagement and worked hard on planning my perfect day from day 1. I came across Event Professionals as I was doing venue research and they seemed to fit our budget while providing quality service.

Donaji and Carisa were always in touch and very accommodating. They answered all my questions very clearly and worked around my requests. How often do you get to hear "Sure, we can do that!"?

When our big day finally arrived, Carisa and the crew went beyond our expectations! They definitely kept in mind all the notes we provided over the whole planning process to create the perfect, smooth day for us!

Our menu consisted of typical wedding fare, but EVERYONE enjoyed their meals (especially the mixed green salad with candied pecans, feta cheese and raspberry vinaigrette). To be honest I was suprised and therefore sooo happy with our hors d'oeuvres and dinner!

We were never stressed out during our reception and Carisa always touched base with us throughout the night's events. They dealt with our vendors very professionally and provided the best service to our guests. I can't help but want to relive our special day over and over again all because they made it so great!

Thanks to PW, I came across Zenia as I searched for a wedding photographer when I got engaged two years ago. She had the style I loved and at a great price! She was the first vendor I booked!

Our engagement session took place at Disneyland and our wedding day was a full day's event. Zenia was a trooper and survived through both days with such grace.

Zenia was very responsive and clear as we kept in touch leading up to the photoshoots. She's super laid back and made it easy to smile and pose in front of a professional camera. She's very personable with her clients and it shows through all the happiness and love shining through each photo.

Zenia is a rockin' dream!
