From the instant we met with Gabrielle we just clicked. Her warmth, humor, and incredible insight were really wonderful and we trusted her to handle the ceremony. All we knew was that we wanted it to be kinda personal and not the traditional vows said at weddings- but we weren't too clear on exactly what we were looking for. We had read rave reviews about Gabrielle as an officient but nothing prepared us or our guests for the beautiful ceremony that she put together. We met with her 3 times and she got to know us and we talked about how we met, who we are as a couple and our values moving forward. She managed to incorporate all of this into an incredibly touching, funny and very personal ceremony. There was not a dry eye in the house! Our guests told us she helped them to get to know us as a couple and made them feel like they were a part of the ceremony as well. Our ceremony was at the same venue as the reception and I think it really set the tone for the rest of the night. As we made our way table to table everyone had something to say about how much they loved the ceremony. People were asking for her card for the rest of the night. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and can't recommend her highly enough!

There are two things that my guests continue to rave about long after the wedding- our ceremony and our photobooth. People LOVED the photobooth! It was packed all night. Definitely worth the price (which was the cheapest one I found), and our photo guest book is now one of our most cherished possessions. Cheesy photobooth made it very easy to do. Set up and tear down happened without me even realizing and the quality of the pictures was top notch. I would recommend this vendor without reservation.

I can't believe there was a time when I thought I could have done this without a DOC. There is no way, especially at the LA River Center. Paola is fun to work with and completely on the ball. She went above and beyond before the wedding with vendor suggestions, pricing advice and clever ideas for the wedding. She was always easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions I had. It got busier at work as the wedding date approached and Paola kept me on track with reminders so that I wouldn't drop the ball on anything. This was incredibly helpful- I would have hated to abandon my DIY projects because I had run out of time. We got everything done with very little stress. She asked all the right questions and brought up details I would never have thought of (table linen length?! I never would have thought to ask but would have been very disappointed to see the table legs on all our reception tables had Paola not thought to ask specifically about that.) The LARC is a very high mainentance venue and we had to supply everything ourselves. Paola coordinated rentals, set-up, flower delivery, cake delivery, an outside catering company, my eager family who was so anxious to help out, ceremony set up, bar stocking, gift tables, a reception venue that needed to be set up then cordoned off from prying eyes, and several misc. side set ups that were my special details...and she did it all without anything going wrong. Not one thing! Every detail was as I had envisioned it. She kept us on track in terms of timeline and clean up afterwards was a breeze (for me- I'm sure she was very hard at work). I got my deposit back in full and was able to enjoy every second of our amazing wedding thanks to Paola and her assistant. Having her there was the difference between a stressful wedding where things would not have run smoothly and a beautiful day that I was able to enjoy.

Los Angeles River Center and Gardens
The LARC was the perfect venue for our wedding. The location is gorgeous and requires very little decoration. Our guests raved about the hidden gem in the middle of LA and it truly felt like a private oasis for the night. We were able to supply our own catering and bartending which saved us a lot of money. Parking is a breeze (nice in LA!) and we had no trouble with noise (our wedding was on a sunday afternoon and we had speakers set up for the ceremony). It got pretty chilly at night, so the fireplace came in very handy. We set up a small lounge in front of it and my aunts huddled around it and were still able to enjoy the festivities. Zenia the site manager is incredibly helpful and easy to work with.
