We used JHM for wedding ceremony and received very poor customer service. The staff, especially Sue, failed to return phone calls/e-mails. THey could not get our contract correct and attached fees that were never explained to us. For the business they have, they seem to lack in customer service. Our musicians had even scheduled an appointment to come in and practice and they were left sitting on the steps. No one ever showed up to let them in. Don't add the stress to what should be the best day of your life!
