The owners (husband & wife) seem nice at first, but BEWARE!!! I bought my bridal gown and my four bridesmaids bought theirs dresses there as well. Mariolka and I negotiated a deal on my dress, which included alterations. The receipt had the total amount on it and deducted from it as I made payments. One week before my wedding, I was charged two hundred extra dollars and was told that this was for alterations, which they were now saying is charged by the amount altered and was not included in my original price... On the phone Mariolka hung up on me. My fiance called back the next day and said they would not refund any money and this was the amount. I would never have agreed to buy that dress if I had known the alterations were based on the amount altered. it is not my fault the dress did not come in my size AND they gave me one total price at the very beginning. There is not much you can do one week before the wedding. We had no choice but to pay it. A complaint has been filed with the BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR DRESS FROM THERE!!

Mariolka's Bridal BoutiqueMariolka's Bridal Boutique apologizes for any misunderstanding, but alterations are never included in the cost of the wedding gown. The reason for this is because some peope do not need alterations at all, while others need some and even others need a lot. Thus, it would not be fair to charge someone for alterations when they do not require them. Therefore, alterations are assessed individually. This is explained to all of our brides. Once again, the team at Mariolka's Bridal apologizes for any confusion.
