Caveat: I eventually ordered online from them.

My instore experience was HORRIBLE! I was treated like I did not matter, I went in with another friend who was getting married that year, mine was not until the following year. They treated her like the queen she should have been treated like. I was left with a consultant who started just one hour before I got there, had no idea what she was doing and then had two other bridezillas to deal with. I was probably the best person to put with her because I am laid back and go with the flow, and oddly found a dress I feel in love with. When I asked the consultant who helped my friend if I could talk to her about getting the dress I had on she rudely informed me that NO I was not HER appointment to deal with my consultant (who at this point was no where to be found). I asked her to find my consultant and she stated she was not there to help me to find someone else. I was not offered help wtih fittings, my friend's mom helped me, was not offered help in any way shape or form and I left empty handed. I was basically swept under the rug and ignored. So, I called their survey and let them have it telling them it was the worst customer service I had EVER received and IF I made a purchase from DB it would be online. This store has very little plus size stock to try on (and damn it we are and deserve to be pretty brides too) and even fewer staff who are willing to help unless they know for a fact they are going to get a sale that very day. I was going to get the dress I had on at the moment she was rude to me and would have spent four hundred dollars more than I did, but you know what in the end I ended up with a pretty dress and was happy with my online purchase.
