This look will have a few minor changes:

  1. EYES: A bit more smokey under the bottom eye lid
  2. BLUSH: Definitely two shades darker
  3. LIPS: Two shades darker

DIY Head Table

I purchased 10 of these urns from Beverly's Craft. I plan on spray painting them white and hand paint the inside gold.

I finally {almost} have all of my supplies, I was able to do a quick mock up! NOTE: My champagne satin linens are in the mail. They will be swagged =)

There will be 9 white urns and each of them will hold mine and my bridesmaids all white rose bouquets. In between each urn, there will be 4 candles varied in height. 3 on stems and 1 just as a votive. All candles used will be shades of ivory =)

INVITE: I purchased the copper and gold metallic paper from Paper Source. The chocolate satin ribbon and rhinestone embellishment were both purchased from Beverly's Fabrics.

RSVP: I purchased the cards from Office Max and designed the cards using Microsoft word. Easy Peasy!!

We've decided on having an intimate dinner with close family and friends at Pasta Pelican. An Italian restaurant located on the waters separating the island of Alameda and the Oakland's famous Jack London Square.

Thanks to my wonderful coordinator KOHLER44, she gave me this great idea about DONATION FAVORS!! Here's how it's done....

Every guest will be provided 3 tokens each equivalent to a $1.00. They will be placed in a velum envelope with instructions on how to use them.

FAVORS photo 1  FAVORS photo 2

At a designated area, there will be 3 glass bowls each signifying a charity. There will also be a brief summary of what each charity is all about. The guests will then decide which charity they would like to contribute their "money/favor" to. At the end of the night, they'll tally up the tokens in each of the bowl so guests felt involved and knew where their money was going.

When time to make the actual donation, Ramon and I will say that it's from Ramon, Jaryce and the wedding gang.

I think this is a rewarding favor that everyone would enjoy and appreciate.

Thanks Ashley for another great idea!!
