Started out with a very nice experience when booking a 37 passenger bus for my wedding. The reservation staff was very accomodating to my questions and two reservation changes.

Everything changed on the day of the reservation. The driver was not qualified to operate the bus which was evident when he wasn't able to operate the sound system and most importantly was not able to control the air conditioning and the bus was incredibly warm. The driver was not apologetic, he just kept saying "this isn't my normal bus". Me and my party were very frustrated, and the driver was unable to help and unapologetic. After around one hour of waiting for everyone to load and taking a trip back to the hotel where we were staying, we ended up just cutting him loose for three hours of the four hour period we had booked. When i called to give the company feedback and attempt to recoup some of my money, the owner was defensive, and made very weak excuses for why we were not entitled to a full refund (ex: her-you didn't tip the driver / me-why would we tip the driver when he was underqualified and unhelpful) before i had even asked for one. She never apologized or was willing to admit that there was fault on their side. We receieved a refund for 1 hour of the 4 hour payment.

I'm sure i would have a good rating to give, if everything went smoothly, but it didn't, and the customer service was very poor after the fact.

We offered to get a replacement vehicle from our yard that was less than 5 miles away once it was discovered that the mini-bus had non-working air conditioner for that evening. The reservation was for New Year's Eve so the outside air was cold - they just happened to be very warm from trying to maneuver a keg into the mini-bus (which is not allowed but they were pretty intoxicated). We did apologize, we tried to rectify the situation that evening and we refunded part of the reservation (they did accept transportation and use the vehicle for about 3 hours).
