Kelly was a God-send. We hired her for Day-of-Wedding coordination and I don't know what we would have done without her. She saved the day so many times- smoothing out wrinkles with other vendors and preventing disasters. Communication was perfect- she always got back to us right away. She is so organized and everything she did was perfect- she listened to us and worked with us every step of the way, which took so much stress off of my groom and I because we knew we had someone who we totally trusted to take care of everything for us. I could not recommend her highly enough!

AMS was great. Their online wedding planner was so useful- helped us to get organized with the music selections for the wedding. Our DJ for our wedding was Tony Park- we could not be more happy with him. He did exactly what we wanted- stuck to our "Do Not Play" list, and he had great judgment- playing more upbeat music when the crowd needed it, etc. He was so great with the guests and was not cheesy AT ALL. We were very happy with him and highly recommend this vendor!

I tried on only one dress and ended up deciding it was the "one" right away. The place is so peaceful, quiet, and clean and the staff are very friendly and not at all pushy. So different from every other bridal shop I went to. I will update when I get alterations done, but so far, I have had nothing but an excellent experience!

I called ahead of time the day I went to Lili's Bridal, and the woman on the phone told me that there were no open appointments but to come in at a certain time anyway and they could fit me in. When I arrived, they almost turned me away, telling me that because I didn't have an appt that I could not try on dresses. I argued that someone told me on the phone to come in and eventually they let me start looking around. There was not a big variety of styles of dresses. Overall, it was not a welcoming experience and the sales persons were pushy.

I had to wait about a week for an appointment. The positive thing about the store is that they had a lot of dresses to choose from. The sales woman helping me did not help me look through the dresses for what I wanted. I felt like the sales person was not listening to me, for example, I knew exactly what I was looking for- an ivory lace strapless dress with no fullness on the bottom. She tried to talk me into a very revealing halter top pink dress that I felt so uncomfortable in and looked more like a prom dress. I did not want a veil but she insisted that I had one on every time I tried on a dress. Meanwhile, I walked around looking at other dresses and they had a man cleaning the carpet. So it was all wet and I had to walk over a hose and cords. Not fun.

There was not a large selection to choose from (I later found out that there were a ton of dresses hidden in closets covered with mirrors, but was never given the option to look through them), but it was not packed with other brides-to-be, which was nice. The sales person was eating lunch while helping me and smelled badly of onions/garlic. Although I didn't feel rushed, I felt that she was annoyed that I did not buy a dress. She made me feel badly that I could not afford to put down a large percentage of $ for a $7000 dress, stating, "Can't you just use a credit card?" "Can't you just borrow it?". Even if I was able to afford it, I would buy the dress somewhere else because they were pretty unprofessional.

The positives- The venue itself is great! The view from the roof is beautiful and the hotel is nicely decorated. The rooms are really comfy and it is located in the middle of downtown- walking distance to a lot of great places. The food is fantastic,not your typical wedding food at all. The not-so-positives- I am disappointed with the entire process of planning our wedding there with the catering and hotel management staff. We were treated like we were "lucky" to be having our wedding there and as if we were an annoyance. The communication was poor- hard to get a call back, and everything was always so inconsistent. I am very lucky to have hired a wonderful Day-of-Coordinator who smoothed out a lot of things that happened that day- including a tray of raw hamburgers being passed out to guests. Overall, very disappointed with this vendor.

I am so impressed with the professionalism of Renae's Bouquet. I worked with Kelly, she was always on top of everything. Communication could not have been better. Our floral arrangements for the tables were exactly like we requested only better. Everything was set up perfectly! All of the bouquets, bouts, and corsages were also so beautiful and just as we imagined. I highly recommend this vendor!!!

Jennifer is extremely talented and very professional! I was so impressed with her harp playing- I didn't know the variety of music that can be played on a harp! Highly recommended!
