Unfortunately, the only vendor that did not live up to the level of service expectation was our wedding planner. There were several areas of complaint:
1. Late to every scheduled meeting.
2. A. Did not provide Day of Schedule in timely manner
I needed to schedule vendor arrivals and I had not received the Day of Schedule from Allie, I made my own. When I sent this to her several months out asking for input I never heard anything back on the specifics.

I will help you better fine-tune the timing of things as the day draws nearer (I send out a timeline that is similar to the one attached, after we have our meeting 2 weeks to a month before your day). Allie finally sent one to me 2 days before the wedding and it was incorrect.
B. The day of schedule Allie created for the vendors did not reflect the timeline that I created and was planning on using. Once I notified Allie of the errors the morning of the wedding and asked her to correct the error with the vendors, I received an email assuring me that it would be taken care. This was not handled as shown by the fact that our first dance song was started as we walked into the reception and not after dinner as we wanted. We had to hand cue the band to cut the music.
3. During the getting ready phase of the day, I as the Bride only saw her when she first arrived. She was not with the girls at all during the ladies’ photos. My problem with this is that the girls’ photos did not contain our bouquets. Although she was with us during bridal party photos, that session also did not contain our bouquets. This is a detail that should have been caught by our wedding planner. During the family photos the groom noticed that none of the special family had their corsages or boutonnieres, we had to send the owner of the venue and my cousin to get these because once again, our wedding planner was no where to be found.
4. Several vendors made a comment of her briskness and borderline rude interaction with them, causing me to have to apologize for the behavior. As my wedding planner, we expected Allie to be a representative of us to all other vendors and that interaction should have been courteous and gracious. Several weeks, after booking Allie and paying our deposit another vendor mentioned the difficulty in dealing with her at a previous wedding.
I would not recommend the services of I Do.
