First off let me start by saying I had a wonderful wedding and even in a bad situation everything will work out. I however cannot and will not ever recommend magical moments. A list of problems started early in the process with the owner failing to provide vendors in our price range, cc emails to us where she told the hotel she was uncomfortable to ask for a discount on wine, failing to have the list of our vendors at the wedding to call the vendors if there was a problem, having her 70 year old dad show up to do the take down of the decorations, resulting in a fight with my very respectable and classy venue. My decorations I purchased were destroyed during the take down and the planner failed to show up at two locations on the day of the wedding on time. It became comical when the decorations started to fall down landing on the tables. The highlight was just before I walked down the aisle, I asked the planner if my photographer was ready and there and her employes said yes, so we started the ceremony. The photographer arrived just after I walked down the aisle, thankfully my friends have great cameras. This planner does not think outside of the box and could not handle a large wedding.

It was evident from the beginning that we could nothing to make you happy. Even offering you not to work with us and work with a different planner thay we secured at no cost to you was refused. Hope you have a wonderful marriage.
