Limor was great to work with! She is so calm and laidback, and that was the perfect balance for my type A personality. I hired her as my DOC and stationer extraordinaire about 8 months before my wedding. She had a lot of creative ideas when it came to my invites and stationary and custom created and executed everything beautifully. She also was very accommodating with all of my feedback and changes. As my DOC, it was the best decision to hire her. It was great to have a 'representative' on the wedding day who was privvy to all of my prior ideas and planning. On the day of, she and her assistant were so helpful. So much goes on that day that it's not possible to handle it all without getting stressed out or pulled in a million different directions. She handled all the snafus along the way, including revamping our escort table because the florist forgot to provide the flowers for it! She dealt with all the vendors that day, kept me on schedule, helped me in and out of my many dresses (I had 3!), created a last minute veil bustle and helped gather and organize things throughout the night. I highly recommend her!

I had an initially good relationship with Pedestals. My consultant Marcella was very attentive and sweet. However, as time went on, it was difficult to get timely responses from her. I'd call or email and TWO WEEKS would go by without a response. After several detailed meetings about my flower arrangements, 3 weeks before my wedding, I was informed that she was changing jobs within the company and would not be at my venue on the wedding day as promised. She assured me that the production manager would take care of everything. On the wedding day, there were NUMEROUS mistakes. For the ceremony decor, they misplaced 2 of my candle stands (they weren't even on the aisle!). My ushers had to move them and got candle wax spilled all over their tuxedos. For the actual aisle, they charged me double for the amount of petals I wanted (I provided them an exact photo). They only provided me of the petals I had paid for. They decorated the gazebo incorrectly (the contract said square style and they did something totally different). They did not remove any of the stamen from the lilies in the bouquets (they stain and I had requested that they do so beforehand). My maid of honor had to spend an hour removing them. They did not provide the cymbidium orchids in my maid of honor's bouquet. They failed to provide ANY petals that were supposed to decorate the escort card table. My coordinator had to run around and take petals that were decorating the cocktail tables to make up for the lack of flowers on the escort table. Since all of the Pedestals staff were long gone when we all arrived and saw these problems, my coordinator was on the phone with them trying to resolve the issues. She was told by Rob and Teresa from Pedestals that they would send someone back to fix the problems. No one ever came back or called again. After the wedding, I called several times to speak to the owner, Phil, regarding these issues. No one ever called me back. Finally, I sent an email listing my complaints. Phil finally did respond, however, I found his response to be unsatisfactory. He only took responsibility for the fact that my maid of honor's bouquet was not complete. For all the other points, he made an inaccurate excuse for each, and completely denied wrongdoing in most instances. He also blatantly lied and said that his staff stayed at the venue to fix the problems. It was BECAUSE his staff was long gone that we had all of these issues. No one was there to fix the problems. When I responded to all of Phil's excuses with my points, he refused to address them. All he said was "I have reviewed your contract and I feel there is nothing more I can do for you at this time." He only offered a small refund. I took it, however, I am grossly unhappy with their poor service and their complete and utter denial of almost everything that went wrong that day. And, the fact that he lied and said his staff stayed to resolve the problems is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. There were several vendors there that could refute this easily.
