Alafia String Quartet
( 5.0 / 5.0 )
We booked the Alafia String Quartet for our ceremony music. They play beautifully and you can listen to demos on their website: We went with a trio instead of quartet because we're on a tight budget, and I think they have other options as well. Alda is the manager we've been working with and she is very pleasant and organized. Good luck!

Davis Islands Garden Club
( 5.0 / 5.0 )
We booked the Davis Islands Garden Club for both our outside ceremony and ballroom reception. Michelle James, Event Coordinator, is the sweetest, easiest person to work with. We actually almost booked a venue in Lakeland first, but the representatives I was talking to weren't as friendly from Day 1, and I didn't want to deal with that during the entire planning process. After having met Michelle and toured the Garden Club, we decided that would be our best bet. It's a beautiful waterfront property. Best of luck!

We booked Grant Hemond and Associates for our reception DJ. I had heard a lot of good things about them from my friends who cater, so I was almost 99% set on booking them from the beginning, but after calling and speaking with a rep they really sounded professional and eager to please. I highly recommend them.

We chose for our flower girl dresses. They have adorable dresses and they are reasonably priced with free shipping and free returns.

Jason Angelini Photography
( 5.0 / 5.0 )
Jason Angelini is a wonderful photographer. He has a great personality, has reasonable pricing, and does awesome work. We booked Jason because we worked with him during my brother's wedding as well as my best friend's wedding, and the pictures from both events were very high quality. I highly recommend Jason if you are planning a wedding in the Tampa Bay area. Best of luck!
