This was just the stock photo from David's Bridal, but the veil is the one I will be using. It is shorter and simple. I wish I could find a better photo, but this was all they had. :o(
This is the shoe that I will be wearing for the photos and ceremony. I wanted something a little higher for this so that I won't have to have my dress altered/hemmed at the bottom. With the higher heel, the length is perfect.
For the reception, I will be changing in to a lower heel for comfort purposes. I know that if I keep the high heel on all night, my feet will be killing me! So this is the shoe that I have bought for the reception.
Here are our rings. Mine is of my engagement ring. The wedding band is just a plain white gold band that fits up in to the curve of the engagement ring. It really is a beautiful set! The second one is of Anthony's engagement band. He wanted to wear an engagement ring too, saying that there is no reason why men can't wear a ring to show that they are engaged. Then the last one is of Anthony's wedding band (or similar to) I couldn't find an image of the exact one.
My very first choice that stood out was the calla lily. We were originally going to go with nothing but callas, but once I met with the florist, she gave some suggestions to add to it, so that we could still have the calla, but some other variety as well.
One of our other flowers is a simple pink rose. We will be having tall vases that the flowers will be completely inside with some beaded fake pearls and water in the bottom, with green stones on top of the pearls to adds some contrast and color. I have seen an example that the florist has done of these, and let me tell you, they are beautiful.
Our last flower is the cymbidum orchid, white with a pink center. I fel in love with these the moment I saw them too. I think that all of the pinks and whites will be a beautiful combination and that all three flowers will go really well together. The cymbidiums will be for the bouquets, bouts and corsages.
