All of my bridal party and family live in Modesto so I thought it would be the easiest for me to travel up north to try on dresses. They let me pick out dresses that I wanted to try on and most importantly I did not feel rushed or pressured. They just moved to a bigger place thank goodness because their last place was very stuffy and cramped. On the other hand I was very dissatisfied with the ordering of my veil. I decided to go with a veil that I liked there with my $100 credit. They told me it would come in in 3 weeks. I did not receive my veil until 3 months later!!!!! Also they are HORRIBLE with communication. When my dress came in I got a message that it was in. I called to figure out what I needed to do because I was in LA and they were up north. When I called, no one knew what I was talking about and they put me on hold for 20 minutes to see if my dress was actually in even though they left me a message that my dress was in. No one ever came back from hold (the owner was the one that answered lol great business skills there) so I hung up and called two days later. The clerk who answered the phone quickly answered, "Your dress is hanging here waiting for you!"....lol....so I went and tried the dress on and that was fine. They referred us to a seamstress that #1 had a really dirty floor in her house and admitted that she did not vacuum #2 had 3 cats in the same room I was in. Also, my mom called several times and asked about the status of my veil and they never gave her any answers. The only reason they got 2 stars is that I LOVE MY DRESS (thanks to Maggie). If you are desperate, go here. Spend the money to drive to San Francisco!
