-Meeting: We are couple who loves music and can spend hours in the dance floor. Music was a BIG key to our reception. After attending a few weddings with unfortunate bad DJ/MC’s, we vowed that we did not want to be part of those wedding horror stories. So, the hunt to find the perfect DJ/MC began. At our first meeting with James, we instantly knew he was indeed the best DJ/MC for our wedding. We were impressed with his presentation. It was knowledgeable, professional, yet very friendly. We liked that he was able to provide audio and visual samples. When we shared our vision for the reception, James listened and was able to provide feedback on how he can make it happen. We wanted to book him on the spot, but to be safe we decided to interview more DJ/MC’s. After several meetings with various DJ’s, James remained our number once choice.

-Communication: Throughout our whole wedding planning process James was always a pleasure to work with. Every time we or our coordinator emailed James, he always provided a prompt detailed response and was accommodating to our requests.

**Wedding Day**
-MC services: The reception flowed smoothly thanks to James and my coordinator, Kristeen. He made sure all of our important reception highlights (cake, garter toss &etc..) were completed before my photographer left. He was a personable MC and my guests were entertained all night.

-DJ services: My main request for the reception was to keep the dance floor packed all night. James definitely delivered. He did NOT disappoint! The dance floor was busy all night. Per our request he played lots of Latin, hip-hop and top 40's music. He played EVERY song/artist on our playlist--literally EVERY song on our list. We were pleasantly surprised!! Also James was able to accommodate our guest's song request. If he didn’t have a song in his music library, he instantly downloaded it and it was playing at our reception in matter of seconds!

Weeks after our wedding, guests are still commenting how great James was. Everyone was impressed with his MC and DJing services. We cannot rave enough how great James is. We’re hoping we get to host another huge party, just so we can book James!

This is one of the hardest reviews I've had to write---only because there are soooooo many WONDERFUL things I want to share about Kristeen. So, Im attempting to keep a balance between a professional and gushing review--without sounding like a total KLB Events groupie (which im proud to say I am ;).

First of all, hands down Kristeen was THE BEST wedding investment I made. I was in my 11 month of wedding planning, when decided I should hire a DOC. I definitely regret not hiring Kristeen immediately after I got engaged. I thought I was doing somewhat okay wedding planning on my own, but once Kristeen came along wedding planning became so much sweeter.

PRE-WEDDING: At our first meeting Kristeen instantly put my wedding jitters at ease. She immediately took initiative to help me with my long to-do list. Although I had hired Kristeen only as my "day of coordinator", she was unbelievably kind to assist me with my remaining 2 months of planning. Whenever I contacted her via email or text she responded promptly and sometimes during my insomniac laaaaate night planning, she would chat with me via facebook, just to make sure i was doing "OK". I cant imagine any other coordinator ever doing that.
Kristeen kept in touch with all my vendors and made sure every one of them followed through. Her sweet assistant Renee, went to take pictures of potential photo spots. During rehearsal, Kristeen was a stand in bridesmaid, when one of my BM flaked out. And she ran to city hall the day before the wedding, when I frantically thought I needed a fire permit for my reception candles (turns out i didn't). I can give a hundred more examples how Kristeen went above and beyond the normal DOC duties before the wedding.

WEDDING DAY: I thought I was going to be a nervous wreck on my wedding day, but I was able to be a calm bride because I knew Kristeen was my coordinator. Kristeen and Renee, unpacked, set up, cleaned and packed every single decor for my reception. It was a hectic 13 hour day for them, but they carried on with grace, professionalism and a smile. There were a few mishaps caused by my reception venue but of course Kristeen was there to save the day. The venue messed up a surprise meal I had for my husband, so Renee ran out to get a replacement dish and was back within minutes. Then Kristeen sorted out a bar tab situation and saved us a couple of hundred dollars. Again I can give many more examples how great Kristeen was at the wedding. Best of all my husband and I were able to dance the night away without any stress, thanks to KLB Events.

POST WEDDING: After the wedding I was afraid my photographer didn't capture a particular detail shot. I had expressed this concern with Kristeen...of course being the wonder woman she is, she took initiative and contacted my photographer---even though its post wedding and shes no longer my DOC! Now thats dedication!

Kristeen is confident, great listener, patient, knowledgeable ,creative, organized, professional, and has impeccable taste. She carries all the qualities of an excellent coordinator. Every time I hear someone is engaged, she's the first person I recommended. I cant stress enough, how Kristeen is indeed THE BEST wedding investment any bride could make.

PS:: The while the hubby and I were dancing he leaned over and said: "Turns out we didnt need David Tutera, we had you and Kristeen." Even the groom was impressed!

My dream of being a beautiful bride was possible...thanks to Christina =)

**Make Up Trial: Prior to meeting Christina, I sent her pictures of a celeb who's make up I wanted to replicate. Not only was Christina able to replicate the stunning look, but she was able to adjust the look to work with my own facial features. Throughout the trial, Christina was kind, knowledgeable, patient and VERY detailed. She created a comfortable environment and took the time to explain every make up step.

**Wedding Day: Christina and her assistants were able to complete 7 bridesmaids, 1 mother of the bride and myself on time for my early 1:30pm ceremony.

I had a stressful morning and while working on my make up, Christina was able to sense it. She was constantly trying to cheer me up and make sure I was comfortable. Prior to the wedding I wasn't taking good care of my skin, but yet Christina was able to make my skin look flawless and glowing.

While working on my make up Christina noticed my curls were becoming loose, although she wasn't my hired hairstylist, she was so sweet to worry about my hair and volunteered to retouch it.

That's the type of artist Christina is kind, intuitive, and genuinely has the client's best interest at heart.

Although I'm no longer a bride, I'll definitely be hiring Christina for every future events. I'm dying to have her create her stunning smokey eye look on me again! =)

I contact Mindy a month before my honeymoon. Although it was short notice, Mindy's service and professionalism was anything but short. Mindy is helpful, professional, experienced and has her clients best interests. She took the time to personally know husband and I. She was interested in our travel likes, dislikes and additional info, so she can create an itinerary for "US".

Prior to contacting Mindy, I had one resort and date in mind. She was able to assist in the right direction on a resort more suited for my honeymoon plans and on a date that accommodated my budget. My husband and I were VERY happy with our honeymoon results. It was our own lil paradise. I recommended Mindy to my friends and will be contacting her for my future Rivera Maya's travels.

I purchased my wedding monograms, through Lace and Lollipops etsy store. It was great working with Dawn! She promptly replied to my emails and the product turn around time was quick. In addition Dawn was very easy to work with, when I wanted to incooperate different fonts, colors and shapes into my monograms. She sent me different proofs, until I was happy with the final result. Thanks Dawn! Looking forward to using these on my wedding day =)
