For my bridesmaids gifts my mom will be making them each a Swarovski Crystal drop necklace.  I bought some cute monogrammed initial notecards at Michael's today to throw in with their gift(s).  I also found some silver (metal) initial keychains for them too.

DIY- My mom & I made 4 BM tanks, one MOH, one flower girl, bride & mother of the bride tank.  They turned out super cute, although they were a total PITA to make.

These were my inspiration for the BM flip flops.  They can put these on after the ceremony.Gifts photo 3

I am putting all of the BM's goodies in these lovely custom bags.  From Etsy seller Ole Bag Lady.

For the groomsmen we ordered these cool sets from eflask.com.  I would highly recommend eflask.  I placed my order & the very next day these shipped out.  I literally had them in my hand within a short few days.  And the quality is really nice too!  We are also giving the GM's each a pair of flip flops to wear during the reception.  :)

I just saw a thread on the skittles vodka, so I am pretty sure we are going to do that for everyone as well.  I can't wait!

Here's my hot pink satin clutch for the wedding.  I got it at Off Broadway shoe warehouse!  They had a ton of different styles & colors!

Just the other day I was at Hobby Lobby & found some cheap paper parasols; they were less than $5 each.  I got the fuschia ones for my BM's.  I ordered the chocolate one for myself & a smaller version of the chocolate one for my daughter, the flower girl.   I also ordered a few fans in the chocolate color for the moms.  I ordered the brown items at Luna Bazaar.  They shipped my order they very next day.  I am waiting for them to arrive.

I had a lady on Etsy who made a custom veil for me.  It's ivory colored, single tier, with freshwater pearl droplets hanging off the edge.  Made by Remnants by Eva on Etsy.  It is just as gorgeous in person & I think it will look perfect with my dress.  You can find my raving review of Eva here.

I was looking at Garters on Etsy & came across a few that are pretty!  I decided to go with the one below, which is from GarterLady.  I already received the garter, which is nice, but in all honestly it doesn't look as pretty as the one in the photo.  I was a little disappointed, especially after paying close to $30 for it.  :(  Alas, I am keeping this garter as a keepsake & am purchasing a toss garter.

First photo is GarterLady's photo, the last two are of my actual garter that I took photos of.

Here's my toss garter.  It's made by PetereneDesign.  Mine will have a champagne colored garter (band), chocolate brown lace underneath, accented with the hot pink flower.  :) You should check out their store, they have a ton of reasonably priced (not to mention beautiful) garters to choose from.

I just  LOVE this ombre dress from Cache for the rehearsal dinner, but not sure if I want to spend $168 on it.  Isn't it to die for?  :)

Here's my custom wedding dress hanger from Tokyo Blues on Etsy.  Isn't it gorgeous?  She is very talented!

I made a collage of my cupcake inspirations...  I LOVE cupcakes & think these will be so cute at my wedding!  I

Booking a baker was a pain in my tush.  I probably contacted 10 or more bakeries & very few of them even returned my call.

I ended up booking Jaqki at Jaqki's Cake Creations: http://www.jackiescakecreations.com/

She has been very sweet & her prices are reasonable.  I have decided on two flavors of cupcakes.  White chiffon with raspberry filling & chocolate fudge with bavarian cream filling.  We are going simple on the decorations.  I am thinking along the lines of the photo directly below, with the pinks & browns.

My 3.5 year old daughter is going to be our flowergirl.   I had to include a picture of her, won't she be an adorable little flower girl? ;)

Flower Girl Couture photo 1

Here's what she ended up wearing for our wedding.  Dress is from David's Bridal in the Truffle color, & the champagne sash is from the store XOXO from the local mall.

Pink dress is from Candy Girl Dress.com & the shoes are by Michael Korrs.

Here she  is in one of her dresses!!!

Here's the headband she will be wearing, but I am going to have it custom made with cream pearls & light browns instead of the pink.  Headband from Tara's Treasures.  Her actual headband is the photo on the right.

Here's her bracelet (top left).

While scouring the earth for the perfect flower girl basket I ran across a fellow Etsian: Birds of a Feather who makes these lovely buckets.  Here's what Heidi came up with.  Isn't it just lovely?  I can't wait to get it!
