THE FIRST TIME AROUND: We were neighbors when we were younger. My dad was friendly with the neighbors and would occasionally see Phil working on his car. Since my dad and Phil shared a common interest - working on cars. It wasn't until Phil and I were in college that we ended up in the same English class. I arrived first and got a good seat. He sat behind me and tapped me on my shoulder. I immediately looked over, trying to figure out how I remember him and have seen him before. Then he said, "Hi, I'm Phil. Your neighbor?" I nervously chuckled and pretended I actually remembered. It was from that initial ice breaker that would change our lives forever. We were young and still searching for what life had to offer at 20 years of age. After a little over a year of dating, we broke up.
