Anchor Paper Express
( 5.0 / 5.0 )
I made my own invites, and got all the paper and ribbon and associated pieces from Anchor Paper. They were wonderful to work with, very professional, and they had a great selection. I would totally use them again (although I have no plans to get married again, haha).

Summit Manor
( 4.0 / 5.0 )
We got married on a Friday night at the Cathedral, just down the street from Summit Manor. Because there was nothing else going on at the Cathedral after our wedding, our guests were allowed to stay parked in the Cathedral lot during the reception, which was good because of the parking issue noted by another reviewer. There is adequate street parking near this site, though, so I think it wouldn't have been a problem if we hadn't planned for it. We really liked working with the staff here. We are both extremely busy, and with Summit Manor we got the total package, from catering to cake to a lovely setting and decorations, for one fee. Providing our own alcohol was a big bonus, and the staff was professional and easy to work with. And, we had a few extra people than we expected show up; they were accommodated without problems. Things ran very smoothly, and I had no trouble getting in contact with David, the manager, to plan the overall event. He was also readily available to drop off preparatory things beforehand. The only beef I had is that we had requested that a large room on the main floor be reserved for our wedding party and parents. That was not done, so my bridesmaids ended up stuck on the second floor back in a corner. I would have preferred it otherwise. Overall, though, the service was fantastic, and went off very smoothly. Everyone had a great time.
