Yikes, tommorrow is May 1st. That means I am entering the single digits of my countdown!
I am freaking out. I have realized a day of wedding coordinator is something I should have considered a long time ago. Now, I am frantically trying to find one at the very last minute. Each person I have gotten a hold of told me they were already booked and then there are about 5 or 6 who have not returned my calls. ARRGGGGhh! It's not like I don't have 30 other things I still need to take care of! I doubt I'm even going to have a chance to get my nails done! I am also frustrated because many of my guests are flying in from out of town and they are all going crazy with this swine flu scare. I completely understand but it will break my heart if that is the reason they decide to not come. We have put so much time and money into this weddiing. I'm starting to wonder if it has all been worth it. I guess I'm sad because I feel like I'm not as excited as I should be. Hopefully, this feeling will pass, soon.
How embarrassing, I am just venting and having a pitty party for myself. There is good news! I'm only working 2 days next week, then, 3 weeks off!!!
Chris and I have been talking about getting a puppy once we are married and back from our honeymoon. This has been very exciting chit chat, although, I've been mostly consumed with the planning of our wedding.
However, last night, I had a the cutest, most loveable surprise awaiting my arrival from work!! Even though, Chris was the skeptic between the two of us on getting a dog, he went out and brought our little guy home.
Ahh...he is the sweetest (Chris)! I wil post a picture soon!
I love the anticipation and excitement!
My wedding is less than 2 months away and I'm really obsessing over it.
Although, I'm eager to be Mrs. Stevens, I believe I'll be a little bummed once the wedding is all over. What will I obsess about once I'm back in the real world after the honeymoon? The planning, arranging, and research is so fun! I have discovered a whole new world of wedding wonder.
My fiance, Chris, and I met here in Los Angeles while we were both attending UCLA. I am a native of Chicago. It has been a bit of an issue as to where we'd actually have our ceremony.
I absolutely lucked out with my dress! For the past few months, I must have tried it on just for fun 100 times. Here is a picture of it.
