I got married here in 2005 and I loved it! The food was amazing! You definitely cannot beat the views. The only drawback is that you can't customize too much - for example we asked about having a chocolate fountain and were told no and we asked if they could do pigs in a blanket and were told no on that too. Overall, not a huge deal, and I'm sure that they feel that they have a culinary standard to live up to, but if you check out the menu and want to be able to change things - probably not going to happen. Also, fyi - I found the on-site coordinator to be a little ditzy leading up to the event (we'd already been there, paid a deposit and signed a contract, and talked to her several times and we made an appt to go back and see the place again and she came out and introduced herself and started showing us around again as if we'd never been there before) BUT when it came down to it, as we got closer to the event and the day of - she was great. Saying this more to put people at ease that although she may seem a little ditzy at first, she really does get it all straight when she needs to. All in all, if I had it to do all over again, I'd have my wedding here again. By the way - we did have a small wedding - about 50 people.

I would give negative stars if I could. Rather than being helpful, jigsaw events was the sole reason for stress right before my wedding. They are unprofessional, once they have your money it may take weeks (I literally mean weeks) before they respond to emails/phone calls. Do not be fooled by how helpful they are before they have your money. Also, read the contract carefully. The contract states that once you pay the deposit and sign the contract they will not take on another wedding - they do not abide by this, instead I was told, via email, 2 weeks before my wedding that another employee who I had NEVER spoken to or heard of would be the day of coordinator for my wedding. Save the money that you would have spent on them and spend a little more to get more professional vendors who don't need a coordinator to ensure their job is done properly. I would have saved myself a lot of stress by NOT using this coordinator. Good Luck!
