One of my best friends from HS is jsut getting into photography and offered to do my pics for me. I was nervous about doing them, but I'm so glad I did! They are a total confidence booster! I can't wait to get my book made and give to FH on our wedding night. Here's just a few of the pictures.

I DIYed our invitations. They are truely a labor of love, but I am very pleased with how they turned out.
We are getting married at Davies Manor Plantation in Lakeland, TN (just outside of Memphis). We won't be using the actual plantation house. They have a conference/reception hall on the property where we will have the wedding and reception. The conference hall (Hillwood) looks very boring from the outside, but the inside is decorated with lots of twinkling lights and is really very pretty.
We had already been making wedding plans for two months, so I wasn't surprised when I finally got the ring. After dinner out, we went downtown to Beale Street and a bar that we love. He began making comments about the new neon lights on all of the buildings (kinda random, I know) and asked how I thought a diamond would look under the neon lights. Then he begins to tear up and pulls an amazing ring out of his pocket. Of course the diamond looked fabulous under the neon lights!
Rob and I actually became friends on MySpace. He asked me out several times before I finally said yes. Since that night we have been inseparable. He has become my best friend and the love of my life. We've realized that we can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together and are busy planning our October 30th wedding (only 7 months away!). I'm still waiting for the official proposal and my ring...he promises that it's coming!
We live in the Memphis, TN area. Rob is a fireman/paramedic and I'm a neonatal ICU nurse. We have a bad dog named Hoss who acts as our child. We couldn't be happier!
