I'm keeping most of my bio private for now, but if you want to see more, please friend me!
We've shopped around and found the one we both love. Now my finger is patiently and anxiously waiting for her to arrive. And true to Mr. Melo fashion, he is making me wait for the proposal because "it has to be perfect babe." But we're still starting to plan.
These are the rings we've looked at that I love.
Mr. Melo and I met in 2007 in the most romantic way two people could possibly meet. Myspace. I know, I know. I couldn't believe it either. He was on my "friends list" and I never remembered adding him. One day at work I was going through my friends and deleting the ones I never talked to. I noticed him and was about to delete, but was called to a meeting, so closed out the page and decided to finish later. Lo and behold, that very same evening I received a message from him. We had the most natural conversation through online chatting for hours, and as impressed as I was, I had no plans to take things further. He had other plans. We chatted via instant message everyday, waited about a month to exchange numbers, and another month to meet in person.
He wanted to come see me, so we decided to meet at the mall. I had my friend take me and she stayed until I gave her the ok that he wasn't a crazy person. The chemistry we had from talking on the phone tripled once we saw each other. He gave me the best hug ever. Yes, the man gives great hugs. He was sick, darn near had the flu but we still had the best time talking. We went to Panera so we could sit and he could get some soup. When he dropped me off at home, he asked me out on a real date and the rest, as they say, is history.
