I would give them 5 starts for dresses and 0 for alterations and tuxedo rental! They have a lot of dresses - and they all under 2000 I believe. Mine was $690 plus tax and I can't tell enough how much I loved it. Kristen was so helpful and so nice when I was trying on the dressed. Wish I just got the dress there and got alterations somewhere else. My dress came in 3 months before the wedding (which was very fast) and when I asked when I should'be started the alterations, they said - 4 weeks before the wedding. Long story short - it was a pain! There was not enough time and enough personal to service you. They always were too busy to do my fittings, they had way to many people in there and a fitting would take more then 2 hours. And most of that time is just waiting! They will always say - it will take us 5 minutes, but it would take them an hour! And one day my dress would be too small, then too big, then they would add cups, then they would take them out. Then they just tried to convince me that it looked good and I only needed to add a double side tape or I should've ordered in a size up to fit my breast in. But they ordered it, not me! They should've done it. It took me 3 more visits after they said - it will be all ready - come pick it up!!! And it still would not fit right! Eh! I just took the dress and left. I did not have time anymore. And tuxidos. They do not know how to take measurements. They brought a dirty shirt and pants with a whole to us. And they don't know what 1.5 inch is. The sleeves needed to be let out 1.5 inch. It look them more then 2 hours and two tries - and it was not right. First time it was let out 2.5 inch, the second time one sleeve was shorter then the other one. I just took the tuxedo home and did it myself!! So just get a dress there and do not even bother to do alterations or order tuxedos there! Please!

5 start vendor! We hired him just a couple of weeks before the wedding. He was so professional, did exactly what we wanted and was very budget-friendly too. I highly recommend him.

Affordable Preservation Company
I got my dress back from Affordable preservation company the other day. The whole process took $149 + $14 (additional insurance that I did not need really) and about a month. The dress came in a beautiful preservation box. It's packaged very carefully and looks VERY clean from what I could see. My hem was nearly black from the outdoors wedding, and it all came clean. I did not have very much beading on my dress. But what I had - all stayed there. Nothing looks like it is missing or got loose. The only downside - it is preserved, so you can't really take it out completely, otherwise the warranty is void. So I can't really check if all the stains came off or if they ripped anything or not. I assume it could be the same for Wed Clean. Overall, my experience was positive and I would recommend it to anyone.
