My first visit at Uniquely Elegant Couture Bridal was very deceiving; it was wonderful. Once my deposit was left with them, it was a different story. I ordered my dress the first week of February and I was told I'd get a call in a couple of months with the status. No call after 3 months, so I called. I was asked when my wedding was, which I thought they should have (October)and I was told it would be in by then. Not too great if I needed alterations! I didn't get my dress until 3 weeks before my wedding and the jewelry I paid for when I ordered the dress was not at the store until 2 weeks before. After arguing with Angela, yes, arguing as she made no apologies whatsoever, I paid the balance and saw her invoices in the stack of papers I had to sign. My dress was not ordered until May and the jewelry wasn't ordered until the day I picked up my dress, although my deposit was left in FEBRUARY! Worst experience for a bride!
