There are tons of ways to make this drink, below is voted most popular. I may have to do a few taste testings :p

  • 2 fluid ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1 fluid ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 fluid ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 fluid ounce amaretto (almond flavored liqueur)
  • 1/2 fluid ounce white creme de cacao

Introduction: (to guests)

When You Give Your Hands, You Give Your Heart

In any tradition, a hand blessing is a ritual that is meant to draw you closer to one another. You and your beloved face each other. First join your right palms, and then your left palms. This forms an infinity symbol with your hands, which symbolizes a love that will go on forever.

(To bride and groom)

As an expression that your hearts are to be joined together in love - will you please face each other and hold hands.  __(JP)__ will now read the Hand Ceremony Poem.

______ please hold ______ hands palms up, so you may see the gift that they are to you.

These are the hands of your best friend that are holding yours on your wedding day, as he promises to love you all the days of his life.

These are the hands that will work alongside yours as together you build your future.

These are the hands that will tenderly hold your children and passionately cherish you through the years, for a lifetime of happiness.

These are the hands that will countless times wipe the tears from your eyes: tears of sorrow and tears of joy.

These are the hands that will tenderly lift your chin and brush your cheek as they raise your face to look into his eyes: eyes that are filled with his overwhelming love and desire for you.

______, please hold  ______ hands palms up, so you may see the gift that they are to you.

These are the hands of your best friend that are holding yours on your wedding day, as she pledges her love and commitment to you all the days of her life.

These are the hands that will caress you in times of joy and celebration.

These are the hands that will comfort you when you are sick, or console you when you are grieving.

These are the hands that will give you support as she encourages you to chase down your dreams.

(To Guests) With eyes locked, and hands linked, this ritual is a beautiful symbol of the union of two hearts, two lives, and two souls.

Where there were only two hands before; now through this marriage there are four. May the both of you use these hands to build a marriage where all your dreams come true.
Exchange of Vows:

May I have the rings...

_____ with this ring, i give you my heart.
I promiss from this day forward you shall not walk alone.
May my arms be your shelter and my heart be your home

_____ with this ring, i give you my heart.
I promiss from this day forward you shall not walk alone.
May my arms be your shelter and my heart be your home

______, please take the engagement ring.

FH takes engagement ring off my right hand

Jp: This ring is the symbol of promise and intention.  The intention is realized and the promise is fulfilled.  Please place this ring on ______’s finger over her band to symbolize that the love that brought you together will always protect and sustain your marriage.

FH places ring on my left hand

Often, we think of a wedding as the union of two people. In reality, it is much broader. It is a coming together of families.

<daughter>, will you please come forward and join ___ and your mom.

Two merged circles often symbolize love. This gift represents not only the union of this marriage, but the importance of <daughter> within this family.

Groom to daughter: Daughter, in presenting you this bracelet, ____ and I pledge our continuing love. (places the bracelet on her wrist.)"

No ceremony can create your marriage. Only you can do that through love, patience, dedication, and perseverance- through talking, listening and trying to understand- through helping, supporting and believing in each other- through learning to forgive, learning to respect, appreciate your differences, and learning to make the important things matter and to let go of the rest. What this ceremony can do is to witness and affirm the choice you have made to begin a new life today as husband and wife.

___ you may now kiss your bride!

it is my pleasure to present to you for the first time, Mr. and Mrs. ______ XXXX!
