Customer service is not their strong quality. They got me to and from the venue, so I guess they did the job. But I was extremely upset with the driver who picked us up at the venue at the end of the night: Sam. He had the nerve to inform us, very loudly and in front of guests who had already returned to the hotel, that he had not been tipped yet. He announced it loudly from the lobby back to the limo where we stood, shocked at his outburst. Seriously? We were amazed that he was not only asking for a tip, but saying it loud and proud so all could hear. Crazy thing is that I had asked my father before we left the venue and he said he would take care of it! My new husband and I were not only embarrassed, but put off by the limo driver's request. My cousin, who witnessed the comment, confirmed that he saw my Dad give him a tip before we leftthe venue. So we asked Sam again when he returned to the limo. And again he smiled confidently and expectantly and said "Nope!" We were so tired and didn't want to ruin our evening, so we just gave him a a tip and went up to our room. The next day, as we are watching some video fotage from a family member, we were shocked to see my father giving Sam, a tip! It was clear as day on the video that my father gave him a tip after we had gotten into the back of the limo. How crazy is that?? My husband called to complain to Le Grande Affaire, who said they would call us back with an outcome and our $$ back. We still have not received a call back or money. Also, the same limo driver came into our venue, looking for my mother (while the reception was going on) and proceeded to tell anyone who would listen that there was a problem with her credit card and he needed to find her. Turns out he had the credit card # wrong, which is why it wouldn't go through. Ummmmm...he wrote the number down earlier that day! So he wrote it down wrong! My mother was furious that he would not only come into the reception to look for her (instead of calling her on her cell) but he TOLD people her credit card wouldn't go through!!! Grrrrrrrr! What is even worse, when my husband called to tell a manager what happened, he said that he didn't know what the big deal was. He didn't see anything wrong with barging into our private event and telling guests that their customer's card did not go through! Are you kidding me??? Bottom line: I will never use them again.

Sonyas florals were amazingly right on! She listened to what I said, reviewed the pics I sent her and chatted with me regularly to confirm exactly what I wanted. The results were so on target with what we had hoped for! Deep red & burgundy flowers were everywhere! She stayed within the budget and I feel she really gave me the best bang for my buck! I could not have asked for better centerpieces and bouquets. She incorporated my Grandmothers ring into my bouquet, she loved my idea for a Split toss bouquet, added the initial pendants that I bought for my BMs and added silver into the guys bouts just like she promised. She went above and beyond by adding flowers to my gift table & escort card table which we never discussed which added so much to the dcor. She is a genius! Grade A+

So beautiful! I cannot express how great their packages are! From all inclusive to pick-your-package, they have so many options! My package included: venue for ceremony & reception, catering, Day Of coordinators & Banquet Managers, DJ, Cake, Florists & Officiant. They even referred me to a specialty linen vendor. The only vendor I actually had to get on my own was my photographer. The staff at Eagle Ridge was great throughout the entire planning period. Any fears I had (and I definitely had a few!) were gone by the time our special day arrived. Katie (who is no longer with the company), Roxanne, Tiffany, Louis they were all very professional and worked like such a team! Roxanne really took charge of the rehearsal and ceremony. Tiffany & CJ the DJ really guided us through the reception and kept us in the loop calmly and professionally. For not meeting her until the day of the wedding Tiffany was a pleasant surprise! Between the pricing, the convenience of 1-stop shopping, and the experience of all of their staff, I cannot recommend this venue enough! And dont get me started on the fooddelicious! Guests are still talking about the beautiful setting, great service & fantastic food. Grade: A+
