We cannot thank Critic's Choice, and particularly Janel, enough for making our wedding such a wonderful evening. Our wedding was on August 1, 2009 at the Norris Pavilion. We initially hired Critic's Choice for the food, but got so much more than that. Janel took charge and handled almost every aspect of the wedding. On the day of, she perfectly coordinated and orchestrated everything. We don't know what we would have done without her! Not to mention that she was very accomodating and extremely nice to work with. Also, the food was fantastic. Critic's Choice provided our guests with their choice of Filet Mignon, Italian Stuffed Chicken, or Salmon - all of which were amazing, and very reasonably priced on our end. For cocktail hour, aside from gourmet tray-passed appetizers, Critic's Choice made a beautiful Mediterranean spread full of dips, unique homemade breads, and other miscellaneous items, which got rave reviews. With Critic's Choice, you won't get your standard "wedding banquet-ish" type of food - you know, a dry piece of chicken with that ungodly mushroom gravy smothered on top - that you will pay $100/person for at any hotel. You get quality and gourmet food, cooked by great chefs that are truly dedicated to what they do. Our guests are still raving about the food. I cannot recommend Critic's Choice enough. There was nothing to complain about. The servers, bartenders, and staff were all very professional and efficient. The food, as I mentioned above, was amazing. And thanks to Janel, our dinner service (for about 215 guests) went extremely smoothly. Thank you Critic's Choice for making our wedding the beautiful and memorable event that it was. And thank you so much Janel for making the day as worry free as possible for us, and for being so nice and patient with us throughout the entire process.
