Our experience with Perona Farms was wonderful. Throughout the whole planning process the staff was available and helpful to answer any questions or help coordinate with our other vendors. The price was very reasonable per person because it included a three course meal, full cocktail hour, open bar and cake-all of which was not available in the price per person at other venues in the area. They also offered vendor rates for children and those under 21 who would not be taking advantage of the open bar. The staff was helpful in planning the menu and making adjustments where needed. For example, their standard dinner appetizer is a lobster tail and many of their cocktail options involve shellfish, and I am allergic to shellfish. So, the kitchen whipped up some different versions with non-shellfish protein. The day off, everything went off without a hitch. We were able to take photos around the property including at the lake, the orchards and throughout the venue. The staff was attentive but not overbearing and worked well with our other outside vendors such as the DJ and florist. The only thing I would have wished differently was that when we went in to plan the menu we had an opportunity to taste test the food and the cake, but it all ended up being delicious anyways.
