a co worker of mine had gone to Igorman's for their wedding rings. And really liked them. So i started looking at their web site, a nd found several rings that i really liked. I was feeling like it was out of budget. But they host an event in March (i think). So my boyfriend at the time and I went to check out the rings. They treated us so well. I found the ring that i wanted, and it was impeccable! I didn't think boyfriend could afford it at the time, well, they told us the ring i wanted was 7500! i balked! I did not want him spending $7500! He's been saving up money for a while. I told him, at least see if they'll work with you on a budget. So he went in (without my knowledge), gave them a budget. He was able to get the ring that I wanted. and paid it in full. He said their customer service is impeccable! Unfortunately the ring i got, was way too big. So i took it back in & they sized me again. and the ring had to go off to Germany. It took about 2 weeks, I was worried I wasn't going to get the ring back before I went to Florida. So he called to check on the ring, they were going to ship it to florida if it didn't get back in time. The owners had told us to come back for their annual event where they have all the designers there, to look at all the wedding rings. We're definitely going to get our rings from there. We're sticklers for customer service, and this place has impeccable service. My fiance had told the owner that he truly appreciated how they worked with him on the budget and didn't make him feel slighted one bit because he wasn't spending $7500. the owner told him that It's not about the money the customer spends, it's about the people and making them happy.

We had an appointment on Tuesday, but they called the day before to cancel it because they were closed on Tuesdays for the month of December. And we had to reschedule it for the following Saturday. (Though my mom thinks they weren't closed on Tuesday, they just didn't have enough people to help out). Once I filled out my paperwork, Terry (i think) sat down and talked with me about what was I looking for. She immediately started pulling a couple dresses and showing me what they would look like. So we got started on putting on dresses. I only tried on 4 (after trying on like 50 at other boutiques). all of them were quite impeccable. the 3rd dress was the one. However, she didn't give me 100% attention, which was okay with me because another bride needed to be measured properly, and they wanted to ensure they got her measured correctly. But Terry's daughter, stayed with us to make sure we were ok. I was totally fine with standing in the dress that I was going to purchase. She made sure i was completely comfortable, didn't pressure us into making a decision. showed us a few other things, what would make the dress just right. I really thought their service was fabulous. and she gave us a 10% off the dress because she felt bad she didn't give me 100% attention and for the fact they had to cancel the appointment on tuesday. nonetheless, I'd totally go back there again. It's funny though, my sister bought her dress from them, 5 years ago. and I had a funny feeling i'd find my dress there, and i did.
