A "Video Magic Studios" production
No matter what you pay (and especially if you're paying a lot!), your vendors should always treat you respectfully. Marc and his team are incredibly rude, almost insulting. Plus, the videographer he sent was clueless! He stood there laughing with my family while my groom and I were being cute until my MIL finally said, "WHY AREN'T YOU TAPING THIS?" (I guess he forgot he wasn't a guest?) Marc said we'd receive our rough draft within 8-10 weeks, and it took (I'm not kidding) FIVE MONTHS. And after missing their deadline so drastically, they insisted that we gave them our feedback within 48 hours "or we'll erase your video off our hard drive" (in other words, "or you won't get a video at all"). Their customer service is apalling.
