My hubby and I got BriteSmile a few weeks before the wedding. The results were quite noticeable! We both had some sensitivity for the first 24 hours (i.e., random massive tooth aches that lasted for a few seconds each). It was also frustrating to eat/drink only white foods/drinks for the first 48 hours. Also, BriteSmile works differently on everyone. I came out a few shades lighter than my husband. If you have receeding gums, they also suggest against having the procedure done. The dentist will determine that, though. The price also differs per dentist. We paid $300 each, which wasn't bad. Shop around.
Overall, for us, I think it was worth it.

I got a great deal on Brite Smile otherwise I don't think I would have done it (normally $600). The results were great however it was one of the most painful days of my life. Every one of my teeth hurt. It was awful. Not everyone has this reaction, but of course I did.
