This company will deliver a full bar and all the alcohol you need for your wedding (including wine). They charge you for everything and then they refund you for any unopened alcohol, typically 1/3 to 1/4 back. They were easy to work with and met all our requests for specific kinds of drinks (lots of different kinds of martinis) and kinds of beer. This was perfect for a venue like mine as we didn't have to deal with lugging our own alcohol, ice, etc.

This was one of my best vendor picks and yet another recommendation find. My DH had wanted to go to Costco…but the trouble with lugging the alcohol and arranging ice, bins, etc didn’t sit well with me. Dawn, the contact, is always busy but very good at helping you select a menu based on your description of your guests. They showed up on time, dropped off all the alcohol, 300 lbs of ice, salt, limes, and all the other stuff you don’t remember. My guests raved about the alcohol selection (wine, champagne, vodka) and loved that the bartender poured stiff drinks. Valley Beverage then came back to pick up the unopened bottles for a full refund at the end of the night. So, for 150 ppl, we only paid $850 for premium brands for a bunch of lushes.

If you can bring your own alcohol to ur venue I would definitely recommend Valley Beverage!

Valley Beverage is a liquor store and when you buy from them, they deliver to ur venue for only $35, give free ice, and pick up all unopen bottles that night! You get a full refund for all unopened bottles. I got my refund within 1-2 weeks!

I had an open bar and only ended spending $1400 (140 guests).

Also, Dawn figures out how much alcohol you need based on ur guest count. She really knows her alcohol, gave us recommendations on cheap but really good tasting brands. Example: I am a vodka snob. Only drink Kettle One, Belvedere, or Greygoose. Dawn introduced me to a really cheap vodka that was actually VERY good. DH and I did not like the first champagne Dawn recommended. So she had us come down and do a tasting of 3 different champagnes. She really wanted us to be satisfied.

She does not provide rentals but bot plastic cups for my cocktail hour -- i did not have to worry about a thing.

Her prices are comparable to Beverages and More. But i supsect Beverages and More has a wider selection.

con: don't go with her recommended bartender. I did and this bartender ended up not having the proper insurance documents required by my venue.

I agree with all the above posters. Valley Beverage was the bomb! Dawn suggested the alcohol I needed for the types of cocktails I want. They delivered onsite (my wedding was at a private residence) and picked up the left over the next day. I was refunded the unopened bottles. It was great not having to worry about a huge bar tab and not having to lug all the alcohol ourselves!
