Robbins Bros., Glendale

My engagement ring is from the Robbins Brothers store in Glendale and we've been really happy with them. My ring is gorgeous and they give you a great plan with every engagement ring purchase that includes very thorough cleanings twice a year and regular cleanings as often as you want. It's also insured against manufacturing defects for life.

The husband purchased my engagement ring here. They were really good about resizing my ring. I also loved their lifetime warranty and cleaning service. We ended up buying our wedding bands here as well. So far we've had great service. I also loved the wedding planning book that came with the engagement ring.

My e-ring and matching wedding band were purchased here. We liked their customer service and their free ring cleaning every 3 months.

We went into the Glendale store and felt like the attitude there was more of a used car sales dealership, we did NOT like it, very pressured, did not once leave us to look on our own, I like to discuss what we're thinking without someone listening in on every word. Also we found the exact rings at Bailey Banks and Biddle for a few hundred less than at Robins Bros.
