You May Kiss the Bride

I originally asked for Gregg Mohr but he might not be in town on our wedding Mark Wheeler performed our day. Greg helped me build the ceremony we like, and Mark excuted it perfectly. At the end of the ceremony, he handed me our ceremony typed up on a nice paper for us to keep. He was just GREAT, we loved him.

We loved Greg! How can you not? He’s just so darn good at what he does. He put us both at ease before the ceremony and he did a fantastic job of running the show during the ceremony. The guests loved him and we loved him. What a great guy.

I think You May Kiss the Bride was another one of the best choices I made during the wedding process. I just can't tell you how professional yet personal Greg, Elisa, and Mark were throughout the entire process. We were so blessed to get Mark Wheeler on our wedding day. HE IS THE GREATEST!!! We met with him at a coffee shop to just talk before the ceremony so that it wasn't a strange man marrying us on our wedding day. He was so personal, talking about his wife and what marriage meant to him. Mark then came to our rehearsal, met our families and walked us through the ceremony. I love that he felt like a part of our family for the day. On the day of the wedding, he was so great and calming. He made sure we caputured all of those special picture moments and was aware of things that I didn't even know happened during weddings. I just can't say enough about how lucky we are that Mark was a part of our day. I was scared to book an officant online to marry us but it was such a great choice.

I booked Greg without ever meeting with him based off of my DOC's recommendation & other good reviews. When DH & I met with him a week before the wedding to review the ceremony wording, we were blown away with what an amazing and funny guy he was. He helped us walk through our ceremony wording, verified what we didn't want there, helped us remember some of our longer lines of our vows, and just gave us one hell of an entertaining afternoon. On our wedding day Greg was a calming presence. He met with us before the ceremony to review, to calm us down, and to get us ready to go. He performed the ceremony beautifully and I had the best time watching him crack up during our reading... He was by far one of our most entertaining and easiest vendors to work with.

A++++++! Greg was so wonderful :) He was a pleasure to work with and we loved his personality. His sense of humor helped us relax through the day. :)

Richard was just wonderful and I was so pleased with how well he performed our ceremony. He was so warm in his words and I gobbled them up big time. He did a fantastic job.

Mark Wheeler was the best! He was kind and warm and he kept us calm! Everyone was thrilled with our short and sweet ceremony, 10 mins! It was the best and he was a champ about helping to release the butterflies we had :) I recommend him 100% for the rehearsal dinner as he helped to ensure a great day to come! The whole staff was great, Greg would call to see how I was doing with choosing the ceremony and his wife, Elisa even helped me book my honeymoon! It was a great experience and I'm very thankful for them!

Greg Mohr knew that we were running late and he made up for that by speeding up the ceremony. He performed the exact ceremony we had discussed and did it beautifully! Such a nice guy to work with!!

We booked Greg from “You May Kiss the Bride” after meeting with him and talking with him on the phone. His personality is great and we knew he’d be a perfect fit on our special day! We were right! He attended our rehearsal and gave us tips (don't stare at him unless we want pictures of the back of our heads) and kept us calm. His company provides you all the information you need for your special day. He gives you complete freedom in your ceremony, but will provide numerous examples of previous ceremonies he has performed (along with readings and vows). We took a little bit from each example, added our own wording in a few places and had our very own customized wedding ceremony. Our guests later told us that they couldn’t believe how beautiful our ceremony was. We also received an email 2 months before the wedding with detailed instructions (complete with web links) on how to receive our marriage certificate and how to later obtain and file our marriage license. After the wedding, Greg filed the marriage license with the county and 3 weeks after we were back from our honeymoon, we received our certified copies of our marriage license in the mail. The whole process couldn’t have been more seamless! We were very impressed with the level of detail Greg puts into his ceremonies and his quick response to file our marriage license. Believe me, you’ll be glad you booked him to officiate your special day!

We book You May Kiss the Bride since our coordinator recommended them. We worked with Greg throughout planning but knew he was already booked for the day. Mark was to officiate and we were a little worry (especially since all the emails/phone calls were with Greg). I guess that's how it usually happens (our coordinator reassured us). Everything turn out great and we were very happy with the ceremony.

Greg was our officiant and he did a fantastic job! He's so friendly, warm, and caring. He really cared about how we were feeling and just by talking to him helped calm us. He was always prompt with communication and always on the ball, he would remind us to work on our ceremony, gave us ideas on ceremony types and wording. After we worked out the ceremony wording, he called and went through every detail with us before the wedding day. During the ceremony, he was flawless, he went by the script (so no cheesy jokes or anything like that)and even changed a few words on the spot to make it flow better. He's a real professional and we couldn't be happier with him and the ceremony!
