If I could I would give NO star..
They have;
-Really really bad customer service. (hard to reach, keep having mistakes)
-Incredibly expensive shipping/handling fee.
This is the worst experience of my online shopping.
We ordered 60 small candles, and found that they charged over $40 for shipping/handling. We kept calling them to cancel the order, but
you can really hard to reach the customer service. (The website
says that you have to give them call to cancel the order.)
We eventually talked to them to cancel the order.
Although the order status says 'canceled' and they said they
canceled the order, they shipped the box (small box, cannot be
cost $40 to ship at all!!!) They also says that they 'forgot'
to cancel the credit, so we have not gotten the money back yet.
There are so many online place to sell the product.
If you don't wast the money, time, and energy, don't use this place!!!!
Ordered my wedding favors and 2 tote bags for my bridesmaids. Notified after 1 wk that my bags were on backorder. Called to cancel the order, and spoke with Erik, who said that he actually found some in stock and would email me confirmation that he was expediting the shipping. Never did. Wrote back to Suzie, the person who told me they were on backorder, and she replied, telling me that she had no idea who i was speaking with, but that the bags were still on backorder until mid april. Called back, verified with Erik that the bags were shipped, received shipping notification at the same time as I recieved another email from Suzie asking if I wanted to cancel my order because of the backorder situation. The bags finally arrived, despite the chaos. Fine. Now my wedding favors. I ordered two different items that come in personalized boxes. It stated they would ship in 5-7business days. Week two of hearing nothing from them, I called, and was told by Erik that the items would ship monday or tuesday. Called back Wednesday after hearing nothing, and was told friday or monday at the lated. Spoke with Erik monday and was told the items would ship by the end of business that day. Called back after 5pm and spoke with Erik's manager Marc Mirenzi, who put me on hold for 15min and when he came back, he notified me that they no longer had the boxes I ordered in stock. So count it, thats 3 weeks of waiting and being told that the items would be shipped, all while the company knew they no longer carried that particular item ! ! ! Meanwhile, they had already charged my credit card for the items they would never have sent (theft and fraud) and I am still 1 wk later awaiting my refund that they said they processed already (yeah right).. Do not buy from this company. If they would have told me back when my bags were backordered that they didnt have my favors, then no problem, but now here I am days away from my wedding, with no favors that I counted on getting. These people are theives ! !
