This company is easy to work with and quick to respond to phone calls/emails. They were on time, the limo’s were very clean, and the drivers were very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I rented a limo from ULC for my groom and his family visiting from England.
There was mass confusion, as the driver had no clue where they were to go. My sister-in-law said the first comment he made was "do you know how to get where we're going..." I had given ULC the addresses of where they were to go, but apparently he had no clue. The groom had to give directions, which I really didn't want to happen as it was supposed to be a relaxing ride for him...Also, everyone in the limo had to yell at him to stop as he tried to proceed toward the church (although instructed to wait in the lower parking lot) when I was standing outside before the ceremony.
Also, the air conditioning didn't work so well, so all of the groomsmen were dying by the time they got to the church - not great for photos!
Overall, this company was priced great and the reservation was very easy to make, but I can't recommend them for the reasons above.
