11-4 was a great company to work with. They are very friendly, and Sunshine is very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Through the whole process they seemed very concerned with making sure making our day perfect. Sunshine was the photographer for the wedding and she was great! She was extremely friendly and accommodating.

After reading all the great reviews, I was optimistic that 11-4 would capture our special day beautifully. I viewed the online portfolio of their photographers and selected a photographer whose worked I really liked. Through e-mail exchanges, Sunshine indicated that this photographer would photograph our wedding. I also included in our contract the type of photos I would like and the style we preferred.

On our wedding day, we had a complete stranger show up. His work was absolutely amateur and it still breaks my heart that my husband and I did not like a single photo that he took. He didn't have a high speed camera, but one where you had to pose for a while to get a decent shot, which he never achieved. He never directed us, he never gave us tips on posing or lighting directions, and was more concerned with eating the meal that we were required to provide him than actually photographing us during the short time we had him.

11-4 Productions was a terrible, terrible disappointment, and the quality was nowhere near the price that we paid.

Absolutely wonderful experience with 11-4 productions. Sunshine was always very quick to respond to questions or concerns in the planning. She kept in great contact as our wedding approached and had every detail covered. For the wedding- the photographers and videographers were absolutely perfect! They got every possible shot I could want, and then some more. The formal shots went very quick and smooth, and they were constantly taking candids (so I was told... they were very much out of sight- but still getting pictures). They were all extremely professional, had great photo ideas and worked well with our wedding's special circumstances (special needs child in the bridal party, divorced parents, etc.) I haven't yet received our final product (video and photos) but, I anticipate a positive outcome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

It was a pleasure working with John (the owner) and his staff. They are all very professional and they made the day fun with their laid back attitudes. They took all the pictures you requested without being pushy - they were very accommodating to us and all requests.

So I never write reviews but I thought it was worth letting everyone know how great 11-4 was before during and after the wedding. Being from out of town (Military wife) before the wedding I was having a hard time meeting with my vendors before i decided to book with them. But Sunshine offered me a 'SKYPE' meeting so I could stay in Alabama and instead of only talking over the phone I could also 'see her' and have a virtual meeting. SO COOL! Ok so after we booked they made everything easy. They create an online planning site so you can log in anytime and update your timeline, make payments, fill out your shot sheet or input other vendors information or new address for locations. Again easy and fast. They also kept me up to date with automated email reminders every few months and then a few weeks before the wedding. These include things like how to submit my music for the video and did I fill out my shot sheet, that kind of stuff. Anytime you call even after hours you will get either Sunshine or her Husband John. So it was nice to always be able to talk to the owners. If they didn't answer you got there voicemail and they would call back right away or the next day if it was late at night. Again being out of town these things made my life easy. The wedding went very smoothly, two weeks before Sunshine emailed me to confirm my online timeline was correct, I had a change to make so Sunshine ended up calling me and walking me through it over the phone. The day of the wedding was great Adrianne was my Photographer and she was SUPER nice. She had us all laughing and we had a great time. The pictures were done that week, John called said he had posted them online right away. So we were able to view them on our honeymoon. The video was sitting in our mail box when we got back home. It was fantastic, I wasn't sure I wanted video before the wedding but I am SO GLAD I got it. I honestly didn't even know they were there. Currently I'm making my album so I can let you know how that is once I get it. But making it is easy. John made a YouTube video that walks you through the whole process. These guys are awesome, I am so glad I found them and hope this helps future brides out as well when they consider them.

Would not recommend this company. Not very good in keeping in contact with client once you book them. Photographer was dressed to casual for wedding and did not take requested pictures also she left reception without telling anyone before time we paid for was up. The the final video took 3 tries before they could get the glitches out. Would recommend that you talk to people who have actually used the photographer do not go by what they show you because it is not the actual finshed product you get.

They were very unprofessional. Once I commited to using them they would not schedule a time to sit down before the wedding to review certain shots I wanted... therefore they missed those shots the day of the wedding even though it put it on the "form" they had me fill out. They also did not get my dad and I walking down the aisle which was very disappointing. The staff at our wedding looked very sloppy and I had several people comment on how unprofessional they looked. after the wedding they did provide us with all of the shots but they did no "touch up" work. So if our faces had shadows or were dark in some areas that is how the photo came out. Our wedding was great but I will say I would go back and change my photographer in a HEARTBEAT... I am extremely disappointed and go out of my way to tell people to NOT use their services.

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel it is worth it to let people know how much I appreciated the work of Sunshine and John's team. It wasn't until I received the finish product that I realized how awesome of a job they did. I watched our wedding video and wondered how I managed to never notice the videographers were around. They captured so many moments that I would have forgotten about. I'm so happy that we decided (at the last minute) to go with them as our videographers. We are kinda kicking ourselves about not having them as our photographers as well, but we are still happy. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating.

definitely had the best price for what we were looking for. the packages aren't very flexible. would have liked to have opted out of some options in favor of others

This was the day of our dreams...we paid a hefty amount for photos because we really valued having the memories. Our wedding was beautiful but the photography group is the only thing that I would do differently. I did not get to do an engagement session despite trying to arrange one ahead of time by traveling out of time (should have been my clue)....but after paying for my wedding album - their system has not worked for us (even though we called them to try to get it completed because we really wanted our photos)...but despite this...we still have no photos....we have called, emailed, traveled there and asked for a 20 min meeting to finalize our book (since the online site did not work - our photos weren't in the right place). We have gotten no sincere imput or help - now we fear we will never have an album.

I would not use them again. They handed out cards to our friends and said the online stuff would work without issue even though we were out of town. Beyond disappointed....how could someone be so heartless? These are our wedding photos... :( Very very sad

My wedding pictures and video are mediocre. Unfortunately, I have NO shots of my wedding guest at my reception. I feel like everything that was offered in the package, was not delivered. I did like the pictures better than the video but, they again missed out on key moments I requested. In addition, the album that is included with the most packages, ( I had the 1/2 package) is equivilent to one you could purchase on Shutterfly. The upgrades that they offer are not a deal and I found that there are photographers online who offer the same prices to complete the album as it would to upgrade. I think that is unfair because you already paid for the pictures! If I had to do it over again, I would definitely use separate photographers and videographers and also not spare cost to get what I want. I will never get the opportunity to get those moments back...what a bummer.

Wonderful group of people to work with.... We haven't received the finish product yet, too soon so I can't comment about that.

This company is run by a husband and wife team, who travel between Michigan and Florida, which is where our wedding was. John and Sunshine were a PLEASURE to talk and do business with! They were wonderfully receptive and informative as to what we as a couple expected, and what they were able to provide....the end result was PHENOMENAL!!! We have not received our video yet, but I know that it will be here shortly....however, the pictures ARE up on their website....and it took far less than their estimated time! Please go to their website and look at sample wedding video and pics, I KNOW that you will love them as much as we did! VERY REASONABLE PRICING!!!!! OH! And the photogs that came to the ceremony and reception? Communication was excellent.....we actually planned our wedding from over six hours away (as did our DJ, please see his review!) and they were FANTASTIC in every way :) You will not regret using this fun and professional company :)

I love this company and the fact that its owned by a husband and wife. First of the prices were cheap, and the pictures were perfect quality! Other places were going to charge up to 3x the amount we paid here! Best photography for sure.

We had two videographers and one photographer for our wedding. The videographers stayed out of sight and made it very easy on us and our guests. The photographer was extremely sweet, yet professional. She took whatever pictures we wanted and was focused the whole night. The owner and his wife were also a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great experience.

My fiance and I had decided that beautiful photographs were of a higher priority to us than videography, so we had looked for a videographer who was more value-priced, but still had good quality. We were not disappointed with 11-4 Productions. They did a wonderful job capturing the important highlights of our wedding ceremony and reception, and the footage was excellent. They were highly professional and did their job well, without interfering with our guests or the other vendors. The value of their product is high for the money you will pay. I guess if I had to suggest an improvement, it would be better communication with clients prior to the wedding day. 11-4 seems to take a very 'hands-off' approach, basically signing on new clients without any kind of meeting or appointment to discuss the couples' desires for their day, and only contacted us twice between our booking and the wedding day. They mailed us a copy of our contract immediately after we booked with them (over the phone), and they called about two weeks before the wedding to confirm date/places/times. Some brides may prefer this, and it isn't a bad way of doing things. I guess in retrospect, I just would have liked to have sat down with them to discuss things I would like captured in the video, and things I could do without. Overall, though, they did a great job for us.

Sunshine was prompt and friendly!!! They were able to work with our ever changing budget.

They were a little hard to get a hold of at times, but on the day of, our videographers were very professional and unobtrusive. We recieved our video at the end of September after an inordinate amount of hassle trying to pay them, and them losing my credit card number several times. The video is wonderful to watch and is a great memory of our day. The videographer did not always film from the most logical vantage point, and the editing isn't the greatest in the world. But, it serves our purpose of having a record of the day. Could it have been better? Yes. But we looked for cheap, and for cheap we recieved good quality video that could have been a bit better. OK.

They were great. Didn't even know they were there. Which is good.

During the formals, we have some strong willed people in our weddng party....and John did a great job dealing with them!

Husband and wife own and operate the business. They work very well together and will help you choose a package that fits your needs. Very professional in manner and are not those fake cheesy photographers. John met with us before the wedding to go over what we were looking for and if his style would fit what we wanted. We knew right away it was a match. During the months prior his team was very helpful and top of creating a timeline. During the wedding and reception John remained in control and help keep things in order. We have seen the pictures and love his work. I can't wait to see the album.

I shopped around for months before deciding on 11-4 productions for our photos. They were great! We got a big package, hence the cost. But they were by far the best quality for the money. I could not have been happier with our photos. One of our Videographers even went above and beyoned helping us keep the night moving with the festivities.

The only thing I'd change was the fact that they did not have the video messaging up for long. Only 2 ppl got to do it. And no announcment was made that it was out there.
