24KT Sound & Video

Marc did the videography for our wedding at Wayfarer's Chapel and the reception on the following day at the Hilton San Gabriel. The result exceeded our wildest expectations !!! We could not have been more pleased. We watched the videos so many times now, we were worried that we'd wear out the DVD's LOL.

I have no idea who posted that 1 star review but I find it very unlikely it came from a real customer. I'm guessing some prankster or competitor is trying to take a cheap shot at him.

My Wife and I both give Marc our highest praise and recommendations. Thanks for helping us capture lifetime memories with such skill and artistry. =)=)

Our video was PERFECT. We got married at the Wayfarers Chapel. We were not going to get video at first but at the last minute decided we wanted to make the investment. I called just 3 days before the wedding and they were available. I had the opportunity to meet Marc (the owner) personally the day of my wedding. He was so nice and I received excellent service from my first phone call to the delivery of the video. The video itself was AMAZING. My husband and I both work in television so technical and artistic quality is very improtant to us. It was also 100% HD!!! Our video completely exceeded our expecations. I cry every time I watch it! Absolutely amazing. He even gave us all the raw footage. Check out their website...I think our videos are still up there...look for Johnnya & Fernando. I highly recommend them!!!

Marc is wonderful! At our wedding rehearsal, he gave my husband and I Great advice on where to stand and what to do during the wedding. He wanted to ensure that EVERY moment of our wedding was caught on tape. He is great with capturing all the special details on your wedding day, and he is not intrusive. He was not in the way at all, but I knew that he was "watching" our every move. Marc is also personable and he truly cares about his clients. We felt more like his friends at the end of our event. I will recommend him to EVERYONE I know! :)


I just wanted to write you and Say thank you thank you thank you!!! We watched the video on Tuesday night and it was ammmmmazing! There were so many great parts I can't even express how much we loved it! I especially loved how you caught me mouthing to Geoff during the ceremony, "I LOVE YOU!" That was sooo special! I can not wait to watch the video again and again! You got some aweome video of Grandma dancing! I am so glad you caught that because Geoff and I missed it! We were outside talking and it seemed as though we could not get back in to the dancing portion. It was so great to see everyone out there dancing! Allen did a great job at getting everyone on their feet! We were soooo impressed! Thank you!

Our video of our ceremony was absolutely spectacular !! Expensive but well worth the price. 24K is very professional and our video is a time piece forever. Just do it !!!

Our 10/10/10 wedding and reception video is absolutely wonderful! We have watched it over and over at least 15 times now and we are thrilled with how well Marc and Steve captured our special day!

We were married at Wayfarers Chapel where we knew the elevated cameras inside the chapel were not HD yet. The quality is still astounding! The wedding and the HD reception footage is perfectly fine on our HD TV. If viewed on an 'old' TV, High Definition isn't ascertainable any way. Just having the multiple elevated cameras - with two of them up front capturing FACES, not just backs - is well worth having 24KT record your special day!

By giving the 24KT videographers special instructions ahead of time, we prepared them to record some of the surprises we had for the guests. Charlotte and Marc were always pleasant and responsive on the phone. The finished product has been enthusiastically applauded by all our friends and relatives who have seen it. The music and artistic compilation is beautifully done. The best angles for the moment were used for different parts of the ceremony. They even surprised us with some of the footage. Post-production support has also been extremely responsive. We needed more copies than we originally anticipated because so many guests and relatives want their own copies.

As a result, we highly recommend 24KT to capture your special moment!

I was very disappointed after watching our wedding video.
The video was not HD after it was mentioned under 24kt website that they only use HD cameras. And they make it sound like that your video will be like a movie story and it is not.
Their work is the same work you would expect to see 15-20 years ago.
It is very old fashioned and are not up to date with the technology.

Charlotte who I believe is the wife was very unprofessional and rude everytime I called about some questions I had about using their service.
She was rude from the initial contact until the day I reminded her that we have not recieved our video. Waiting 6 weeks to recieve our video was a bit long I think.
The husband who I believe was filming, did not even introduce himself which I thought was very unfriendly. As it also made me feel uncomfortable when I arrived the chapel.

I would not have gone with 24kt if Wayfarers Chapel did not have a contract with them. I was informed by the chapel that If I would have gone with other videographers, they would only be able to stay in the back.

Its too bad, Wayfarers is such a beautiful chapel.
And its unfortunate the videographer that they are in contract with is really bad.
I hope Wayfarers Chapel sees that they are losing business because of 24kt sound and video.

Mark is a professional videographer and it shows. He is so great and comfortable to work with. And I am thrilled with our wedding video. It came out even better than I could have imagined. If you want an amazing video to show friends and family, go with Mark.

Marc is great to work with. He is very low-key and puts everyone at ease. His work is incredible. If you are looking for amazing clarity, he uses state of the art High Definition and can even do Blue Ray.

They got my edited DVDs done before we got back from our honeymoon (which is INSANE!!!). They used 3 cameras during the ceremony, so got vantage points from wherever you would need them (it's not 3-D because that would be kinda scary, but it's so wonderful to see what's going on in your faces while you're saying your vows!). My only complaint is that the music is not our style, but that can be easily remedied.

I have known Marc for almost 10 years and have worked with him on numerous events. He is oustanding to work with. He has very relaxing demeanor about him. He uses state of the art equipment and seems to be a step ahead of everyone in cutting edge technology. If you are looking for a videograher he is top notch.
