My wedding reception was in a church hall, and I really wanted to dress up the space a little, especially to let future brides see what could be done to such a lowly space. Darren & his team really rose to the occasion with the white drape & electric blue uplighting along the side walls and the custom lighted monogram (gobo) on the back wall behind our table. It really pulled the whole room together, and added much more needed light in the space. I'm so glad I chose 27 Studios!

We would HIGHLY recommend using this company for your wedding! They were professional, worked with meeting with us to discuss lighting, were priced within our budget, and were wonderful on the day of. The lighting was beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for! Lighting really can make a huge difference at an event and everyone kept complimenting it at ours. If you are looking for a lighting company I would really recommend them to anyone!

Working with Darren of 27 Studio was an absolute pleasure during our wedding planning. My husband and I didn’t realize how affordable and the true ambiance that the perfect lighting could add to an event and until he enlightened us on the various lighting options. He was very pleasant and even came out to our wedding venue for a walk-thru where he was able to come up with some great lighting ideas for our venue. We were a little concerned while waiting to approve a gobo monogram design twenty-four hours before our wedding but on the actual day Darren surpassed our expectations with his lighting design. He hit it out of the park with our gobo monogram that he created just the night before. The green up-lighting and pin spot lights, complimented our décor beautifully. Our reception space was transformed into an ethereal dream that evening that we will never forget. He hit it out of the park with the GOBO monogram that he created just the night before. If you want to add that wow factor to that special event I highly recommend 27 Studio.

27 Studios did a wonderful job on my uplighting and monogram for my 7/21/12 wedding at St. Francis Hall in NE Washington, DC. We hired them at the very last moment...For uplighting wasn't a necessity of ours....But there prices were the BEST we had found for uplighting and a monogram. I worked with Darren Fisher and he was always very punctual with his email replies and answered every question we had in reference to our monogram and/or uplighting. Once our wedding day was here and we saw our reception at St. Francis Hall...we were in awww. Everything was beautiful and the uplighting and monogram added a perfect touch!

Unfortunately, after our wedding reception they did forget to pick-up their equipment that nite and St. Francis Hall was going to charge us (the clients) for over-time hours...but they (27 Studios) agreed that it was there responsibility and 27 Studios did handle the over-time charges.

Darren and his wife, at 27 Studios did an amazing job at bringing to life our lighting vision. The color was wanted (fuschia) was perfect as was the placement of the lighting. A little slow to respond on emails but the final product was fantastic!!!
