My interactions with Stella were perfect from beginning to end. When I came in on my first visit, she had whipped up 5 cake samples which were all absolutely delicious. I ended up picking 3 of them for my 3 layers - a cheesecake, a chocolate something, and a bavarian fruit something. Every bite was a droplet from heaven, I swear! I also brought in a picture of the general style of cake I wanted, brought her the ribbons I wanted on the cake and left her the flowers to arrange (well, the florist left them), and she turned my hazy idea of what I wanted into a perfect reality. I felt comfortable working with her and trusting because I could tell that she demanded perfection from her work, and that's exactly what she delivered.
