I was worried about the videographers being too intrusive mostly and right in our faces during some of the most important moments. Thankfully, the 9th Dimension guys were professionals and we didnt see or them at all! We had originally decided to forego having our wedding filmed because we thought it was going to be far too expensive. It turned out that we could fit it into our budget by using 9th dimension so we though why not? And now we have a wonderful and lasting memory to keep!

We offer sharply edited footage filmed by multiple videographers.
Describe any special editing services you offer:
We offer fully customized editing. Our work is only complete when you are fully satisfied with your product.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We are always able provide the necessary equipment.
How many videographers do you work with?
Normally 2, more can be provided upon request.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Most of our clients like to meet with us prior to the wedding to discuss their expectations and how we can help the day so smoothly.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Of course!
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
When you book us you have reserved us for that day.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes, always more than one.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
For filming HD we use the Panasonic HPX
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
All equipment is tested prior to event, but replacing is possible.
Do you charge overtime?
If a couple decides they would like the videographers to stay longer than agreed to prior, yes.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Upon request
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
We discuss this with each couple if we would like to use their footage for promotional use.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
All input is welcome! We as for songs which you would like in the video, and if preferred can submit a copy for approval before the final DVD is produced.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
We offer the completed DVD in 1 to 2 months.
